Impressive entrance with the huge wooden doors, wonderful chill out and coffee area, the dimmed lights creates a lovely atmosphere. Welcoming staff, eager to assist. Room was lovely, no foreign TV channels available unfortunately. Lovely customer service with the fruit and latter on yoghurts. Breakfast was standard but no omelette option. No pool but gym was reasonably well equipped, the cleaning staff were thorough. Metro is about 20 minutes away, shop/restaurants nearby. Pleasant staycation.

Good hotel staff, Zhang Xuan very helpful.
She prepared packed breakfast for our early departure and help to arrange transfer to train station for us.

Very nice hotel, it’s on top of 3 hotel we stayed in Xian. Hotel location is good, walking distance to MTR station, shopping mall with many good restaurants around the hotel. Excellent service from the hotel with dedicated house keeper service, breakfast is great. Hotel room is large and clean. Hotel is very friendly to elderly people with wheelchair, highly recommend for all visitors to Xian.

This hotel was such an amazing experience. They provided top notch customer service, an amazing breakfast buffet and the hotel room was super comfortable and clean! I also had my own stewardess for the duration of my stay. Thank you, Rose Garden! I will definitely come back to this hotel on my next trip to Xian.

Although I only stayed for one night, the Rose Garden Hotel was fantastic. CC was great. She made sure I was taken care of from the moment I checked in; her English was excellent as well. I was driven to the train station by Xiao Liu, who was also a good conversationalist and improved my trip to Xi’an. I would definitely return to this hotel.
