I liked the staying at the hotel very much. The personal is helpful.
But there was no Wi-Fi in my room and TV was working too slow.
The room is very big and cozy.

設施：酒店設施齊全，而且位置緊挨白鷺洲公園，散步非常方便
衞生：酒店衞生打掃的非常乾淨，居住舒適
環境：更建議選擇遠離馬路的房型，不然晚上有些不良車駛過，還是有吵鬧的
服務：服務非常熱情

五一遊客太多，住店的人也很多，房掃有些跟不上，住了三天，前台服務不錯，附近交通便利，有好多好吃的店，自助早餐還算可以。

房間比圖片裏小，攜程裏的圖片有點虛大。衞生間淋浴房牆上沾着頭髮，應該是上一批客人留下的。
其他方面都比較滿意，服務人員也都很熱情。

非常完美的入住體驗！首先酒店工作人員的服務態度很好，進入酒店大堂主動問好、主動幫我們提行李，讓客人感覺到賓至如歸；其次酒店地理位置優越，在湖濱南路上，出門就是十一中公交站去哪裡都很方便，我們入住幾天都乘坐公交出行，去八市、中山路都很近；最重要的是酒店早餐非常贊！廈門特色沙茶麪、扁食都很美味，毫不遜色外面餐廳賣的，而且給的料很足，為了這碗麪，下次來廈門也還得入住他們家。
要特別給酒店大廳的許經理點贊，入住後有一個小插曲，許經理還給我們兩個房間贈送了果盤以表歉意，細節上考慮的非常好，給客人感覺很舒服。
