Hotele w: Changping Valley/Ethnic Customs Street, Powiat Xiaojin

The host is very friendly and full of service mind. The hotel is at the lower part of town so it required some energy to walk up hill to the main road for restaurant. The rooms are nice with large panoramic windows with beautiful mountain and river view. The heater is planted on the floor, so you can walk around in the room comfortably. As it’s quite a distance from the main road, it’s quiet at night. Washing machine, detergent and hanging room is provided if you happen to wash your cloth. The place is about 7 km and 2 km from shuangpinggou and Changpinggou national park respectively. The host is willing to arrange/call a taxi for us. Also assistance for train and bus is available should you need it. I will definitely stay here again next time.😀

The hotel is great, with excellent views. The staffs are attentive and kind. Surrounding of the hotel has no shops. However the hotel has restaurant and bar which could ease our request. Overall I would recommend those looking for nice view, services can consider this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The area is quiet yet there’re many restaurants nearby. It’s a bit far from the main road but still walkable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Very cozy and cute accommodation. The food is very pleasing especially Yak hot pot. The owner and staff took good care of the guests. Good suggestions and friendly greetings were provided from them. We didn’t have to do anything about the luggage and the taxi. They dealt with them all. I cordially recommend this stay!! If I come to Mount Siguniang again, I will stay here.

I chose this place because of its excellent location, directly opposite the entrances to Changping Valley and Haizi Valley. It's incredibly convenient if you're planning to hike either of those trails. From my room, I could directly see the queue for Changping Valley, and after a grueling hike in Haizi Valley, it was a huge relief to just cross the road and be back at the guesthouse. Compared to other establishments in this area, the room facilities were probably the best at the time of my visit (though there might be better ones now). The laundry and drying facilities were also very convenient, with commercial-grade machines. The service was quite good; whenever I had a question, the front desk staff usually provided detailed solutions and were very friendly. If you're too tired after hiking, you can also eat at the guesthouse. The food was decent, and the prices seemed comparable to nearby restaurants. I get the feeling the manager or owner is very dedicated; I always saw him in the lobby, which suggests he genuinely wants to make this place a success. I do have a few minor suggestions: the bathroom sink area lacks a countertop, so there's nowhere to put a small trash can, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, there's no splash guard behind the sink, so water easily splashes onto the nearby bed. The light switches in my room were wired incorrectly, so turning lights on or off was a guessing game every time (this might just be an issue with my specific room, and the owner could look into it). There were no bath mats, and the shower area wasn't recessed, so water easily spilled out. We had to use disposable bath towels as makeshift mats (it feels like the owner might have been short-changed during renovation here). The windows also leaked easily during rain, which over time could lead to significant water damage. I understand that running a guesthouse in a place like Siguniangshan might have its challenges, but these are just suggestions. If you're looking for a picturesque spot for photos, this place is perfect. Every day, I saw people taking photos in the lobby on my way out, and again when I returned in the evening (｡ì _ í｡). My room faced the mountain directly, and at night, the gentle sound of the stream provided a soothing white noise for sleep. Although it's by the road, there's very little traffic at night, so it's quite peaceful.

Spacious and oxygenated family room. Comfy and large double beds. A bit outdated bathroom. I thought I had booked a Mountain View side bedroom. Technically there was a mountain but the room was parking and street side so we had some street noise at night and morning. Make sure you book a room valley side. The staff was helpful, patient and helped us plan our day! Big perks: although it is a 20 minutes walk on a large road (sometimes without sidewalk) you can walk back to the hotel from the city. Huge traffic jam during October holidays that makes it impossible to take a taxi. The hikes close by were the best we ever did in China. The children were on horses while we walked by their sides. We bought oxygen bottles and sparsely used them. It was nice though and reassuring with children to sleep with oxygen in the room.

This place completely exceeded our expectations. The room was incredibly clean and beautifully designed, with a very cozy atmosphere that made us feel relaxed the moment we stepped in. The bed was extremely comfortable we slept so well every night. The view was absolutely stunning. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery every morning was truly unforgettable and made the stay even more special. The service was outstanding. The staff were super friendly, warm, and genuinely caring. They took excellent care of us and were always happy to help. They kindly recommended many delicious local restaurants and shared great tips on beautiful places to visit around Rilong, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient,staff always bring us to wherever we want to go . Overall, this was an amazing stay, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place in Rilong Town. Highly recommended we would definitely stay here again!

Jaw-dropping mountain views set the tone for an incredibly romantic early spring stay. Waking up to snow-covered peaks outside our room felt almost unreal, and the restaurant was even more panoramic. The interiors were manicured and cosy with every space designed to frame the surrounding mountains. The amenities were luxe from the Dyson hair dryer to Havaiana flip flops and Voss water, and the complimentary arrival treats were a lovely touch (the little tea cake was delicious). Breakfast and the hot pot dinner were also great and perfect for the cold mountain weather. If you’re visiting Mt Siguniang, this is the kind of place that turns the trip into something really special rather than just somewhere to sleep. Highly recommend
