Booking the hotel on the app was easy and effortless. The hotel needs a good clean. We booked the Business Leisure Room. When checking in the front desk said I had no booking, even though I was holding the booking confirmation in front of her. I gave her my name etc but said I don’t have a booking and can’t check in. After that, getting into the room. The carpets are not clean, they seem old and have stains. Just didn’t expect such service experience especially with the type of booking we made.

撿東西發現沙發底破的，電視機下的板子掉下來的。
家庭房沒有給小童拖鞋，問了，説是沒了，買了還沒到。
早餐還不錯，品種豐富，基本能滿足。
這價格，洗漱用具品質待提升吧！
餐廳那層有健身房，洗衣房。

避雷這家酒店。我的退房時間攜程給的是下午2點，結果中午11:40分酒店就把我的卡給註銷了。從外面回來熱死還進不了房間。打電話給前台前台居然説酒店系統就是這樣會自動註銷。也是無語了。然後出了問題酒店管理層不出麪解決，居然讓一個無辜的保潔阿姨來上門道歉。也是沒誰了。
然後説下衞生狀況：床單睡了身上會癢
設施3星是給房間內部的。早餐選擇非常少

來新昌出差，選了這家酒店，它處於新昌市中心，邊上就是萬達，買東西很方便，價格也不貴，兩百多塊錢，走進去大廳也挺舒服的，前台小姐姐很熱情的介紹周邊玩的，房間也很不錯，床睡起來很舒服，很贊～

我是女兒告訴我這家酒店不錯，就帶了朋友過來住了一下，我平時從來不在網上訂房間，這次是第一次，客房服務很不錯，環境很好，前台也很熱情！有免費的健身房，洗衣房提供，還有機器人會自動送餐，真的第一次看見，我朋友讚不絕口，住的想當開心，下次我還會帶朋友過來住！

酒店在市中心，整體還不錯，酒店前台小姐姐服務很好，説話很温柔，房間沒拍，床睡起來很舒服，離景區很近，萬達就在邊上，旁邊還有一個夜宵城，可以的
