Hotel miał już lepsze czasy, ale nadal jest dobrym miejscem na pobyt, 5 minut spacerem od dworca kolejowego. Podobnie jak w większości innych chińskich hoteli, personel nie był przyzwyczajony do gości z zagranicy, ale był bardzo przyjazny i starał się, aby wszystko było możliwe.

The hotel was excellent! The staff are very friendly, there are plenty of amenities, and the quality of the room was amazing. I would definitely stay there again.

The front desk staff of the hotel called us before we arrived at the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk's service attitude was also very warm. The room also gave fruit and yoghurt. We also accepted breakfast and dinner time. The room was very clean. It was very close to the railway station. It was also very convenient. It also helped upgrade the room type. The northwest trip was very perfect. Next time I will come again.

We had a wonderful experience at the Luxery Blue Hotel. The decore is beautiful and the place is clean. The staff is professional and responsive. Manger William ensured our stay was comfortable and he continually went above and beyond what was required to ensure we had the best stay possible. He helped print off our documents for our next trip, and even helped us get our forgotten passport to the train station just in time. We are incredibly impressed by his communication skills, professionalism, and kindness. This place is a must stay when you're in Xining next.

We have had a lovely stay in the Luxury Blue Horizon. The front desk staff were all polite and extremely helpful, which was especially important for us as foreigners. The rooms were clean, comfortable and 5 star like for a much more reasonable price. The location is within a short taxi ride to the major attractions of Xining. Thank you for having us.

We stayed at this hotel because the one we were supposed to go to refused us because we were foreigners. We have booked the blue orizon with no expectations but we actually found a great service! Everyone was very nice and helpful. No laundry service and no international breakfast, overall a good stay and the station is just a short walk from the hotel.

避雷，晚上10:20到酒店，前台服務態度不錯，房間衞生堪憂，到處是浮灰，衞生間馬桶沒有刷，給前台打電話不接電話，去一樓服務枱説明瞭原因，前台説讓人打掃等了半個小時來了一個與客房無關的人員，沒辦法自己打掃，凌晨四點多有人敲門，嚇死，給前台打電話又不接電話，服務環境太差。

非常滿意 辦理的入住，就在攜程上找了一個評價好的酒店，從邁進酒店大門的那一刻到離店，從始至終都非常滿意 ，進房間前客房送果盤，退房時小劉送了水果，前台服務人員態度也很好 ，。 後來特意查了一下原來是山東集團下的藍海御華，也是常看到的安總管理的藍海酒店 確實👍不錯
