Great hotel. I liked everything from the room to the attitude of the staff. The room is very spacious, with a modern interior.
Everything is new and functional (without getting out of bed, you can turn on the air conditioner or close the curtains by pressing a couple of buttons). The room has a large bed with a warm blanket, a table with a sofa and panoramic windows overlooking the city.
The breakfast is delicious and hearty, the choice of dishes is quite large (I am not very good at using chopsticks, so I was pleased with the presence of forks, this is the only hotel out of ten hotels in China in which I lived, which provided them).
The staff is very helpful. The sociable and friendly hotel manager, with whom we had a very pleasant conversation. Thanks to the girls at the reception who helped me call a taxi to the train station and find a taxi in the parking lot. I arrived at the hotel at eight in the morning and was immediately checked in, which is a huge plus for the hotel (in many cases, you have to wait for the check-in time).
There are suggestions: make a towel hook in the shower or next to it. When you go to the shower, you have nowhere to put a towel except on the toilet. And there are sockets in the room only for Chinese standard plugs, but not for European ones, do this at the reception so that the adapters are sold or you can rent them

因為臨時起意要去胖東來，所以很短的時間選擇了“仟那”。到時很晚了，前台小姐姐02號03號跑前跑後，那麼冷的天氣裏幫我們找車位，等我們停好車幫我們牽着狗子。看我們有兩孩子，還準備了兩份零食禮包。進房間後感覺眼前一亮，中式禪意的裝修簡潔素雅，洗漱衞浴的裝修用品好看又好用，全屋智能語音控制，床墊睡上去很舒服，枕頭一硬一軟，細節滿滿。早餐品種豐富，就餐環境也安靜舒適。這趟春節海南之行，來回住了很多家酒店，相比之下，“仟那”真的是性價比之王，非常滿意。最後再次表揚02號和03號前台小姐姐！謝謝她們的優質服務。

地理位置位於東站附近交通非常便利，可享有接車延遲退房等增值服務，太用心了！！客房非常乾淨整潔，床墊非常舒服，枕頭非常軟還有乳膠枕，晚上外面很安靜，可以安心睡一個好覺，客房還配有茶具，可以跟朋友一起喝茶，非常的安逸！酒店的浴袍甚至都有袋子包好，細節做的也特別好！前廳辦理入住退房小姐姐特別温柔，前廳經理會給予很多引導幫助，意式濃縮咖啡很不錯！！去寶龍廣場等商圈很近，附近也有好吃的火鍋。是很用心在做的酒店！必須五星好評！下次還會再來的！02

設施：比較齊全，空間格局大，裝修風格簡約大方，很有古典韻味。衝著服務，續住一晚，又體驗了一把仕居大床房，各有各的特色，整體都很不錯。
衞生：整體非常新，相對來説很乾凈
環境：距離高鐵站比較近，附近有公交站，非自駕外出也方便，靠近居民區，有便民超市
服務：非常熱情，送的入住小零食不錯，感謝02號又美又温柔的小姐姐貼心周到的服務
高鐵站接送站服務:春節期間司機師傅休息，所以沒有接送站，但是給我們報銷打車費，服務不缺席，非常暖心

1：沒想到高檔酒店在公寓樓裏面！電梯門還關不上，很亂！附近好幾個酒店本想着選個好點的，結果很失望！
2：酒店門口車都是亂停！有停車場！但車位不好找！服務還可以，幫找了車位，但停車場沒人管！停進去堵着出不來！等了好大會！女朋友還給我吵了一架，埋怨沒聽她的意見！弄的一天都不順！
3：房間很冷，空調製熱效果不好！房間也不隔音！隔壁小孩吵吵的難受，而且床單上好臟好臟好臟不乾淨！
4：酒店價格也多變！避雷

很驚喜的酒店 房間喊小度小度就可以 房間新中式的裝修風格也很大貓貓很喜歡 床都是零壓的 住的很舒適 早餐也不錯種類豐盛 性價比很高 前台05服務超好 開發票也很快 已經連續兩年過年回家帶貓貓來住了 下次還來住 期望衞生和服務不下滑

春節出行特意來新鄉停留，定了這家酒店，他家離胖東來不遠。
設施：酒店挺新，停車方便。
衞生：房間和餐廳都挺乾淨，有點兒中式風格。
服務：服務挺好的，説一下05號服務員挺不錯。
