Villas Camelot Probably the easiest review I have been able to make on a holiday as this villa was 10/10 on every single aspect you could wish to hope. Quality, comfort, location, facilities, space, outside, pool, furniture, location, beds, bathrooms, kitchen, it just didn’t miss a single perfect score in our view. The temptation always on holiday is to look for things you don’t like, but we gave up after 24 hours and just forgot we were on holiday and used it like a home from home. it is beautifully designed with high quality of everything in every room, and I would put the quality of our villa in the luxurious category. Now, Villas Camelot may feel on a map like it is a way away from the centre of things, but, it’s a lovely quiet street, and we were in number one which is next to a roundabout but it is beautifully fenced off and to a height which gives privacy and minimises any road noise. We decided to use our feet to get around most days, and there is a fabulous supermarket around 8 minutes away, and a couple of cafes which we never used but looked superb. We also walked into the harbour which is a good 20 minutes away but you get your steps up and its safe, easy to find, and if you head past the supermarket down to the sea you get to take in the views of the other Canary Islands as you head for drinks or dinner. And, the local Harbour is absolutely delightful with a quiet calm that makes it an ideal family holiday a stones throw away from the bustle of downtown Playa Blanca. We visited that once but realised within 20 minute walk of Villas Camelot you have everything you need for the perfect holiday. From the moment we booked to the moment we left there is nothing we could find fault with and would 100% return to Villas Camelot given even half a chance. An absolutely delightful holiday in every aspect.

Spacious place, reasonable price, pool. Check-in after 4pm is very uncomfortable, check-out before 10am is quite uncomfortable. Washing machine didn't work. No Wifi upstairs, only at ground floor. Outdated furniture and curtains. Very uncomfortable pillows. To use the freezer, we had first to defrost it, as there was a lot of ice and the drawers did not close normally

The villa is absolutely beautiful. Every room has air conditioning, lounge and all three bedrooms. Plenty of space, incredible amounts, with walk in wardrobe upstairs too. The location is fine, it’s approximately a 20 minute walk to the Marina and 40 to playa Blanca, or around €4.20 in a taxi (use the 1Taxi app) The pool is perfect, does not need heating in the summer months at all, the sun does that for you and the outdoor shower to rinse off is a nice touch. Fantastic views of the mountains from the garden area too. Overall the villa is perfectly equipped with absolutely everything you need from BBQ equipment to nespresso machines! I would go back in a heartbeat, it truly was amazing.

Lovely villa which was exactly as described. Well equipped. The pool was lovely but didn’t get very warm without the thermal cover on when not in use. The kitchen was well equipped. The supermarket is a three minute walk away. The pool area is lovely and overall it was very peaceful. The customer service respond very quickly to emails and WhatsApp. The shower was a bit temperamental, changing between cold and boiling on a whim. The villa was equipped with bin bags, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets which was a nice touch. The outdoor BBQ worked a treat. There was a duvet which is unusual and definitely needed as the nights were chilly. Parking next to the villa is a little tight, takes a bit of manoeuvring to get your car in and out. Gates are locked which feels secure. My only negative would be location. It is a long trek to Centro Papa***o and the main town and it’s not a nice walk. Getting a taxi was a struggle at times as you ring and book and they don’t turn up. Overall I would recommend these villas.
