The staff was so friendly and helpful in every detail even getting my taxi and making sure the driver knew where to go. I highly recommend the dinner in the restaurant. It was amazing. Rooms are very clean and the gym was well equipped.

Highly recommend this hotel because of their excellent services. All employees working there are very helpful, especially Anni and the front desk staff.
Breakfast is super good, a lot of different choices.

We had a wonderful experience at Yangzhou Novotel. staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoy . The breakfast was delicious. Thank you! We will definitely come back.

A new hotel, not far from slender west lake park and city center. Room is clean and modern. Breakfast is good. Enjoy the hotel during 2 days stay. Will stay here again next time.

服務很好，不管是保安師傅還是大堂工作人員各個客客氣氣，還給你來個90度鞠躬，房間雖然不大，但是床和枕頭都超舒服的，水也可以自取，入住還送了水果，竟然有山竹和蓮霧，超讚的。前台小余諮詢他哪裡可以玩，也給出很好的建議。客房阿姨看到我們有小朋友都會主動給水給洗漱和拖鞋。保安師傅還幫我們把行李箱拿上車，鞠躬送別，特別表揚。對了，最愛吃早餐的麪，連着吃了兩天。
