Jakość usług jest słaba. Personel nie był pomocny. Poprosiłem o sejf w moim pokoju, aby umieścić moje dokumenty (paszport, karty pieniężne…) powiedzieli ok, dobrze, ale potem nic mi nie przynieśli. …jedzenie jest zimne, nie ma różnorodności … szczerze hotel, którego należy unikać

Pokoje są bardzo przestarzałe, wszystko słychać, ponieważ ściany są cienkie jak papier. Jedzenie było okropne. W kółko te same wybory. Musisz płacić za napoje jeszcze bardziej przy posiłku. Zawyżona opłata za alkohol. Windy pracują z prędkością żółwia, a kiedy już dotrą, zmieszczą się wygodnie 4 osoby. Basen był świetny. Jeśli chcesz grać w bilard lub cymbergaja, musisz zapłacić. Plaża znajduje się po drugiej stronie ulicy, więc nie jest łatwo dostępna

Hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel itself is very clean and spacious, lovely hotel. The animation team were very friendly and got all the family involved throughout the day and night- made the holiday itself nicer. Chaima and djo were very helpful and welcoming, they made us feel at ease. They made us laugh all day long. They both put smiles on everybody faces. The entertainment was very good, both Chaima and Djo got all the family involved which was lovely. I would recommend the hotel to all ages of families.

The hotel was clean, the room we stayed in was very spacious with decent sized beds. The facilities were average. The animation team especially Djo was very good, he was very accommodating and friendly he spent time getting to know the children and teaching them the dances and getting them involved in the activities. We travelled as a large group, each of us found something to do. Unfortunately for our family the food was not to our liking as much although the staff were very accommodating for my special needs son and made sure he had what he needed to eat each day.

Hotel rooms little dated, the staff are amazing honestly they are so so good with the children, yes some can't speak English but they try an understand the basics. We all loved our first family hoilday aboard And made life time friend with a staff member already trying to book to go back next year honestly amazing. The only down side we had as a family with sen child is the food if you have or no sen children you no beige is there way we'll they didn't have none of that expected as different county but hats off to the chief who cooked chips every night for my sen child with no bother at all we are all so sad to be home thanks again specially AMER FARHAT
