Hasdrubal Thalasso Hammamet to jeden z najstarszych hoteli w Hammamet i choć może wykazywać oznaki starzenia, byłem mile zaskoczony ogólną czystością, dużym pokojem i urokiem, jaki oferował. Starzejąca się fasada hotelu może nie jest najbardziej atrakcyjna wizualnie ze względu na brak konserwacji, ale po wejściu do środka stwierdziłem, że wnętrze jest dobrze utrzymane i całkiem ładne. Czystość pokoi i części wspólnych była godna pochwały, co znacznie przyczyniło się do komfortowego pobytu. Chciałem dodać, że było miło, ale wydarzenia, które miały miejsce podczas mojego pobytu, zniweczyły moją przyjemność. Pomimo swojego wieku hotelowi udaje się zachować pewien urok, niestety niektórzy pracownicy są przyjaźni, ale zachowanie niektórych innych pogarsza negatywne doświadczenia. Moją ostatnią wizytę w restauracji à la carte zniweczył niefortunny incydent, który pozostawił trwałe negatywne wrażenie. Chociaż początkowo nie mogłem się doczekać przyjemnego doznania kulinarnego, to, czego byłem świadkiem, było całkowicie nieoczekiwane i nie do przyjęcia. Podczas mojego pobytu w restauracji ktoś zdecydował się na publiczne oddawanie moczu, co było nie tylko niehigieniczne, ale także wysoce lekceważące wobec lokalu i jego klientów. Takie zachowanie jest całkowicie niewłaściwe i nie powinno mieć miejsca w żadnym miejscu publicznym, a zwłaszcza w miejscu, gdzie ludzie przychodzą zjeść posiłek. Uważam, że obowiązkiem personelu restauracji jest utrzymanie bezpiecznego i komfortowego środowiska dla wszystkich klientów. W tym przypadku okazało się, że personel albo nie zauważył problemu, albo nie podjął natychmiastowej reakcji. Ten incydent znacząco umniejszał to, co w przeciwnym razie mogłoby być przyjemnym posiłkiem. Serwer Kamel został poinformowany i był świadkiem zdarzenia, ale nic nie zrobił. Mam nadzieję, że restauracja podejmie działania mające na celu poprawę swojego bezpieczeństwa oraz przeszkoli personel, aby zapobiec takim zdarzeniom w przyszłości, zapewniając klientom możliwość zjedzenia posiłku bez odczuwania takiego dyskomfortu. Muszę powiedzieć, że byłem dość rozczarowany poziomem obsługi klienta zapewnianym przez recepcjonistkę Ghadę. Chociaż sam hotel miał luksusową atmosferę, podejście recepcjonisty było wiele do życzenia. Kiedy prosiłem o zmianę, liczyłem na ciepłe i przyjazne doświadczenie, ale zamiast tego spotkałem recepcjonistę, który wcale nie był miły. Wydawała się niezainteresowana, a jej zachowanie wydawało się nieprzyjazne. Nice Looking hotel, staff very happy and friendly and spotlessly clean.. If there was another 50 guests it was a lot.due to this food choice extremely poor.only 1 of 5 restaurants open. Pool and pool bar closed, beach area had no beds and no entertainment, no air conditioning in the room so couldn’t sleep

This hotel is gorgeous and the suites are beautiful. It was so easy to relax and unwind in the quiet and elegant surroundings. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was lavish and dinner options were great. Spa treatments are not to be missed, the spa staff is very professional, and the prices are reasonable. The outdoor pool, the salt water indoor/outdoor pool and the beach were very pleasurable. I spent 7 days by myself and I wasn't bored for an instant during my stay. There is no animation in this hotel, it is a paradise to relax and rejuvenate.

Hasdrubal Thalassa & Spa Yasmine Hammamet indeed is one of the best hotels in Hammamet. We were greeted with lovely flowers and refreshing lemonade on arrival. The staff here is literally the best! Our suite was huge, me and my friend had separate bedrooms with a private balcony and even private bathrooms and toilets and we shared a gorgeous living room with another terrace with a lovely view to the Mediterannean. The food here was delicious, we loved the iftar experience at one of their restaurants. But the best part was the SPA experience. We had the best massages and procedures here. We took their signature procedure and it was totally worth it! Can't recommend it enough!

Another happy and memorable experience at The Spa. I am not surprised the hotel deliver 7 Star service, since they are a member of Luxury Hotel of The World.(SLH) Please keep up the Good Work. One of the best hotels in Hammamet with a lovely spa area and some of the best treatments / rituals for face and body. My friend and I did their “1001 nights” ritual including hammam, exfoliation, body and face massage and hair blowout. The rooms are also super beautiful and well equipped. And the beach in front of the hotel is very nice.

This hotel is HIGHLY overrated. I am not sure how it is a 5-star hotel. Customer service at breakfast is really chaotic. They behave as if they're in their home. They forget your oder and they do not make attention to details. You ask them for hand sanitizer they tell you "look over there or we don't know"...they really lack professionalism. During check-in they give physical key, no magnetic card to access your room. What if someone loses the "one" key? Do you bring someone to change the door lock and corresponding key? I asked front desk for toothpaste and told me they don't have... Overall, you feel the hotel is really aged and might be a very good one in the past. I definitely encourage you to look for other 5 stars hotels in the region, otherwise you will get deceived
