Très belles piscines, plage un peu moins, eau pratiquement noir mais très calme avec peu de touristes
Belle hôtel avec une décoration de goût mais à rénover et rafraîchir...
Propreté à revoir, pas de changement de draps tout les jours dans les chambre, sol sale...
Buffet répétitif tous les jours et manque de fruits frais et de glaces
Pas d’ascenseur donc très embêtant nous étions au premier étage avec un bébé
Dans l’ensemble séjour correct mais qui ne vaut pas un 5 étoile européen.

這是我們第二次來這個度假村了。停車很方很，安保嚴格，環境很安全，安靜，讓人很放鬆。自助餐很豐盛，員工很友好非常熱情，總是能在需要的時候，及時提供幫助。員工英文都挺流利，溝通無障礙！性價比非常高的度假村。下次一定在夏季來一次，因為泳池看着實在是很漂亮！

Byliśmy cała rodzinka hotel czysty i zadbany ale obsługa kelnerska czeka tylko na każdym kroku hamsko na tipa , z atrakcji ogólnie mówiąc to jest to hotel dla starszych ludzi codziennie tylko same tańce i nic poza tym animatorzy nie są pomocni tylko Francuzi tam maja przewagę . Drugi raz bym tam nie pojechał wifi słabo w hotelu działa lepiej mieć swój , i dużym minusem jest to ze za inne drinki czy piwo trzeba płacić masakra jednym słowem

Was very sceptical of going here, after reading bad reviews, I really shouldn’t have worried, it was an amazing stay, bungalow was massive, was genuinely shocked how big it was, the hotel was enormous, The staff were brilliant couldn’t fault them at all, the animation team were the hardest working one I’ve think I’ve seen, there was always something going on, archery, water polo, volleyball etc, If you really want to pamper yourself, I can’t recommend the spa enough, it can’t be put into words, just experience it for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. The food was nice, you will always find something, even if your a picky eater. Even when we did have minor issues, for example the air con started dripping, it was sorted in under 20mins.

I do not recommend this resort! We had lots of issues with the rooms (bungalow) and the staff was not able to solve them (the most basic ones...)! Last night in the middle of the night the power went off and we lost at least 1hr before everything was settled! In the next morning the toilet water was not working at all, hence we couldn't used it! Not to say...the room was dirty, had cockroaches and lots of ants! When they finally moved us in another bungalow (a nice one...they said...) the drain in the bath was not working properly so we had a "nice" & unwanted lake! I am not debating the quality of services, I am speaking about having a normal and functional room! That's all! And this us not acceptable!

We just arrived today with my family, a sequence of bad surprises! Starting from reception where only one person taking care of a huge facility! We were first sent to the wrong room, like half mile from the reception carrying our own luggage, the they realised the mistake, we had to walk again to new two bedroom bungalow, to save energy probably ac was off at 35 degree the rooms were like sauna! Surprise number 2, wc was broken and flooded, ac not working, we had to host the maintenance team for an hour, we left them on the room, and went to dinner, on arrival stuff were fixed but room not cleaned at all! Dinner horrible, pasta and pizza with probably frozen lamb. We are having two kids, there was only one 75 ml water bottle on the room, was just on the phone with reception, they literally said" we put that bottle of water as commercial gesture for our guests, otherwise go buy from the bar"! I have been travelling my whole life in tunisia and abroad, never seen such a miserable service. Please dont get fooled by internet pictures,!

Tout était ok sauf le responsable de réception était très désagréable et aussi nous avions réservé une villa de luxe de 85 mètres carrés or on s est retrouvé dans une villa de 60 mètres carrées 😡 nous avions fait la réclamation auprès de la réception mais ils
Nous ont dit que tout était complet:( résultat des courses j ai donc dormi sur le canapé du salon :( et d ailleura nous vous avions tenu au courant chers Expédia mais vous j avez toujours pas réagi à cela

Très déçue !!!! J’attends le remboursement de ma réservation prélevée deux fois depuis 2 mois !!! Et toujours rien !! Beaucoup d’excuses pour ralentir les choses , solutions apportées de mon côté pour accélérer mais rien du votre ! C’est honteux ! 👎👎 Le service client est 0 ! Dommage d’avoir un masque ! Attention lors de vos paiements !
