Bardzo słaba obsługa klienta i bufet był okropny, powiedziano nam, że trzeba zapłacić 50 dolarów za wypranie 15 rzeczy, co skończyło się na zapłaceniu 80 dolarów po tym, jak linia lotnicza zgubiła bagaż na 5 dni. Personel recepcji był nieuczciwy i niegrzeczny, że nigdy więcej tu nie zatrzymam się i nie zrobię tego. nie polecam tego nikomu.

Bardzo małe toalety. Tylko jedna duża winda. Pozostałe dwa to dwa małe... nieodpowiednie dla dużego hotelu. Restauracja jest samoobsługowa. Kubki papierowe w pokojach na kawę/herbatę. Pościel/ręczniki nie są zmieniane codziennie. Jedzenie jest średnie. Udogodnienia nie są lepsze niż w hotelu trzygwiazdkowym.

Myślisz, że to wygodne 5-gwiazdkowe miejsce, ale przeszkadzają w krześle, na którym siedzisz na plaży. Mają też styl karcenia dzieci, a sekcja barowa jest zdecydowanie hańbą. To wstyd płacić pieniądze i jednocześnie zostać skarconym

Windy są najmniejsze, jakie można sobie wyobrazić. Żadnych dzwonników, więc musisz ciągnąć swój bagaż. Pokoje są za małe. Nigdy nie widziałem hotelu na świecie, który trzymałby w pokoju papierowe kubki dla gości. Nakładka na sedes nie mogła sama stać, więc wyobraźcie sobie sytuację podczas korzystania z toalety. Sygnał Wi-Fi również okropny. Jedzenie okropne, biorąc pod uwagę doskonałe tureckie jedzenie, o którym wiadomo. Jedyną dobrą rzeczą jest widok z restauracji. Don't bother , small hotel with even smaller lifts that you will be waiting forever for , food is basic and repetitive, with about 8 trays of warm food ( most all inclusive hotels have 20-30 ) , the rooms are basic and clean the balcony is tiny and can fit one person at best , reception staff are rude and unhelpful.

The hotel is really great, clean food is good. Rooms are great, staff are fab and fun. All bar staff were great, helpful and friendly. I was in room 710 and the cleaner was so lovely, Gúlsúm cleaned my room brilliantly every time. Matti on reception was a lovely lovely man. Always so helpful. Everyone was so lovely. Beautiful views. We are a 3 members family. So hope our room were at least 2 queen beds, but it was 2 twin beds and a couch. Hard matress. The breakfast horrible. No good coffee, machine was broken. No good juice. Cold meals. We enjoyed by night the suppousely latin party. We made the party with our friends and sing karaoke and dance. Hotel was very clean. The elevators are too small. The emergency stairs did not has handles. The air conditioner was hot. We opened the sliding door to get some fresh air and sleep.

For long time this is the first hotel where I really feel the care not only by the *s, but by real meaning. 8-floor building, facing the sea and there is a waterfront area, the spa has every trea**ent, hammam is perfect. Restaurant is on the 8th with stunning view, food is more than perfect and the room :)

Hotel exceeded all my expectations. The location was breathtaking, with stunning views of the sea. The rooms were elegant and well-appointed, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. The dining options were exceptional, offering a variety of delicious cuisines. The hotel facilities, including the pools and spa, were top-notch.I highly recommend the Signature Resort for unforgettable vacation.
