Convenient location. Metro station is just nearby. Needs improvement with cleanliness.

It was incredibly noisy; I couldn't understand why there was wall-banging—sounding just like construction work—going on in the middle of the night. On top of that, the facilities were very outdated, and the other guests had a habit of slamming their doors. It was a terrible experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, but unfortunately almost everything else about our stay was disappointing. Housekeeping was by far the biggest issue. We stayed for 10 nights, yet our room was cleaned only a handful of times. On several occasions we had to repeatedly call the front desk just to receive fresh towels or request that our room be cleaned. We left the hotel early every morning and returned late in the evening, so there was more than enough time for housekeeping to service the room each day. The housekeeping staff were also unprofessional. When I spoke to them in Russian or my wife spoke in English, they consistently responded only in Armenian, making communication unnecessarily difficult. It felt discourteous, especially when it was clear we were not speaking Armenian. Service from the rest of the staff was inconsistent. One evening front desk employee was genuinely friendly and helpful, but that was the exception. The doorman was welcoming on our first day, but after that rarely greeted us and generally appeared unfriendly. The breakfast was another disappointment. The selection and quality were poor enough that we chose to skip breakfast at the hotel for most of our stay. Overall, while the location is convenient, the poor housekeeping, inconsistent service, and underwhelming breakfast made this a disappointing experience. I would not stay here again. It is very disappointing that such unprofessional service can spoil what should have been an enjoyable vacation in Armenia. Hotels are often a visitor's first impression of a country, and this level of service does not represent the hospitality we experienced elsewhere in Armenia. We loved Armenia and will certainly return, but next time we will most likely rent an apartment instead of staying at this hotel to avoid the poor housekeeping and inconsistent service.

The hotel lives up to its price point, but not its star rating. Overall, it was a good experience, though the lack of teaspoons at breakfast was a bit inconvenient.

All good but the mattress is so hard. Hardly managed to sleep.

I didn't like anything..(( Not worth the money.. Old plumbing, hard mattress, terrible towels, old outlets (the one next to the bed didn't work..). I was leaving for an excursion in the morning, and when I checked in, I asked about taking my breakfast to go. They said everyone had already left. There was no desire to help, only indifference.(( I don't recommend this hotel!!

Good location, 1.5-2 km walk to attractions. Breakfast was included in the price, a continental (light) buffet (ham, bread, cheese, drinks). The room has amenities, and you can purchase additional drinks at the bar for a fee. You can also play billiards and dine in the restaurant for an additional fee. The staff was polite. Overall, the experience was good.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The first thing I didn't like was that I'd written in advance that we'd have an early check-in, as we'd arrive in Yerevan early in the morning. They didn't respond. Ultimately, they asked us for an early check-in fee of 13,000 dram. The employee then said they supposedly should have written to us about this, although there was no notification. Secondly, the room was pretty run-down. The mattress had a dent on one side, so every night you'd end up in a hole. The pillows were small and uncomfortable, making it feel like you were sleeping without one. It was dirty, and the room wasn't cleaned at all. The most they did was take out the trash and fold the towels. The towels were a whole other story. They were so worn out that they looked like a doormat. Over the past few days, the lights in the room repeatedly went out, or wouldn't turn on in the bathroom at all, so we had to wash ourselves with a flashlight. The breakfasts were very meager. The buffet was the same old thing. There aren't even any egg options. Only boiled ones. The only hot drink is picketed tea. The location is also not very convenient; to get there on foot, you have to navigate through some courtyards and up some strange stairs. So, you have to take a taxi. Overall, we didn't have any high expectations, as we knew the price, but we would have liked a minimum of comfort. Another drawback is that when we checked in, we weren't shown the door or even told where to go. They simply handed us the key, and we walked up to our room ourselves. At least there's an elevator.

The facilities are outdated; this hotel looks at least 20 years old to me. The front desk service was indifferent, there was no drinking water in the room, and I had to ask the front desk for it. Most ridiculously, there was no hot water. Can you imagine, without hot water, you could only barely take a cold shower? The air conditioner was as noisy as a tractor, making it impossible to sleep properly. The mattress springs were deformed and bulging, making it very uncomfortable to sleep in. The breakfast selection was limited and extremely poor. In short, the experience was terrible, and the price was outrageously high. I absolutely do not recommend it. If you have any other choice, do not stay at this hotel; it is extremely, extremely bad.
