Right at the heart of Jiaoxi township, so easy to access restaurants and cafes. But beware that with this, it is a bit busy on the street, and you might hear it when it’s peak season on a weekend.
Breakfast spread is nice for what you pay for. But it’s tucked away in the basement. Which could be poorly ventilated if it’s crowded.

部屋は清潔で、とても広く、温泉付きお部屋でゆっくりできました。また、立地もよく、駅から歩いて3分ほどでつきます。近くに飲食店がたくさんあり、便利です。

飯店幫我們升級到4人房，床超級舒服，躺上去就不想下來，但缺點就是熱水流出來有鐵銹味，但多流一下水再用就比較沒味道；還有冷氣太大聲尤其晚上睡覺覺得更吵

環境衛生可以，附小魚吃腳皮及公共與私人溫泉，帶小朋友入住，火車站附近吃東西也挺方便，小孩玩的很開心。

這個飯店以它的房價或許來說，就是勉勉強強合格。必須說，一樣的價錢，在我腦海中會有幾個飯店在宜蘭比它更好。就服務商來說，服務人員習慣說不行、不能。這是規定，比較沒有感動人心的服務。花湖唯一感動的就是從停車場到客廳Check-in的時候有幫我們拿東西，但那也是在三點半之後的事情。在那之前前台只有一位服務人員，沒有任何設施是可以用的。我不怪這些服務人員，我想這應該是這家飯店的文化，就是盡量做可以做的，不能做的，或者是規定以外的事情就不要去想，免得自己找麻煩。
另外還有飯店的早餐的部分，實在是很平凡，就是可以吃。如果要誇獎的話，我必須說房間真的蠻大的。相較於一般同等價位的房間，這間飯店的採光跟床鋪的大小都特別的大，非常值得嘉許。

地點絕佳，我訂的是標準四人房，透過平台申請要換尊爵四人房，加價400，有多個小客廳和大電視，小孩可外接switch開電動趴，不過電視附近沒插坐，要帶個延長線才能接。隔音不錯。

飯店有幫忙升等為四人房很開心，頂樓露天溫泉很棒，原本看圖片還覺得好像鳥鳥的，但整體上很舒適且有造景，要記得帶泳褲泳帽。此外還會附贈分館水煮的折價券，很像清水地熱的感覺且更乾淨
