We went the day before the hotel got flooded, so we managed to enjoy 2 days of swimming around the hotel lanes which was really fun! Unlimited swimming, hot springs and sauna. Although you’re not allowed to use any of these if there’s a thunderstorm so keep an eye out for the weather.
The hotel should’ve warned the guests of flooding, or cancelled the rooms for guests’ safety, which was definitely a mistake on their part. However the staff response after the flooding was fantastic, they all kept calm and friendly despite many angry guests (which was to be expected as many had their cars destroyed). They were in the same situation as we were, trapped in the hotel lobby for days without power, but still tried their best to help the guests out as much as they could.

推薦大家一定要定親水房，直接從房間就能玩水了太方便了，親水房花園比較大看小孩很實用，還有個温泉池，遊玩泳再泡泡温泉非常舒服，人不多泳道上很多玩具隨便玩，自助早餐款式挺多的，味道還不錯。服務這方面做的更好，管家珠珠和花花在我們入住前就點好了蚊香插好了蚊香液，對我們帶寶寶的實在是太貼心了。公區温泉裏項目比較多，還有一些茶水食物免費提供，整個入住體驗感非常棒👍🏻小朋友玩到不肯走，還商量好了暑假再來一次！

在此特別謝謝管家小羽，從預訂房間開始就一直有着良好的溝通服務，特別是我們有多個家庭👪入住，還幫我們安排了就近房間，十分方便👍入住時每個房間，還送了歡迎水果，遇到困難時及時解決！我們下次還會來喲！哈哈哈

酒店離高速很近，温泉很棒，管家小七很熱情，自駕遊可以考慮，最好自帶泳裝。服務貼心到位。由於去的時候當天氣温比較低，酒店的親水泳道不敢體驗，很可惜，環境很出片。下次來度假還會考慮這裏。

酒店環境很好，辦理入住到別墅房間一氣呵成，很順利
服務：酒店管家小雨和花花服務非常貼心，
衞生：整體很乾凈，
環境：環境好，空氣很清新，很舒服
公共温泉區開放了很多温泉池，泡得都不捨得走，拍照也很好看，銷售張靜嫻服務態度也很好，點贊！
夏天再來體給超長的威尼斯泳道。

清明假期，二次入住，因為訂得趕，價格也是相當不便宜，但對比同類泳道房，衹想説室內寬闊取勝。在廣州出發，三個小時到達（路上暴雨傾盆，影響路程時間），設施不算很新，但該有的有，服務態度上，是很好的，冒雨幫我們清潔室內温泉池，多送兩個艾草包，晚上指明超市方向（免去外送費），如果天公能更作美，整個旅程都是滿意的。孩子好開心。PS:雙床房：其中一張1.5米床能加個蚊帳，更優（太多蚊蟲了）、廁所浴室通風系統不太好，氣味好濃

客觀的分析一下 首先辦理入住馬上就有管家安排了 加的微信聯繫。酒店環境不用説了 泳道泳池天氣太涼 沒法子下水 能理解。泡池的話 基本上都開了。 就是唯一下午泡完了 回到房間 沒有熱水 聯繫了40分鐘左右吧才解決 換了一個新的房間。後來管家送了一份水果。 晚上有煙火秀 不好不壞吧
