We went the day before the hotel got flooded, so we managed to enjoy 2 days of swimming around the hotel lanes which was really fun! Unlimited swimming, hot springs and sauna. Although you’re not allowed to use any of these if there’s a thunderstorm so keep an eye out for the weather.
The hotel should’ve warned the guests of flooding, or cancelled the rooms for guests’ safety, which was definitely a mistake on their part. However the staff response after the flooding was fantastic, they all kept calm and friendly despite many angry guests (which was to be expected as many had their cars destroyed). They were in the same situation as we were, trapped in the hotel lobby for days without power, but still tried their best to help the guests out as much as they could.

一家人出行，玩得很開心，酒店比較乾淨衞生，温泉區飲品和食品供應充足，泳道上的皮划艇和其他水上玩具非常充足，這點特別棒！入住後遇到任何問題，找小七管家十分方便，問題處理快速，態度十分好。總體推薦推薦，以後還會再來的❤❤

酒店環境好，地理位置優越，客房打掃及時高效，小雨管家也敬業，花花能及時處理問題，設身處地為客人着想，酒店的工作人員都非常友好和樂於助人，房間的裝飾和設備很現代化，尤其是浴室的淋浴間非常舒適，房間非常寬敞和漂亮，床很舒服，酒店提供的早餐非常美味，有不同種類的食物可供選擇，還有超長泳道水很清澈，温泉也有很多個各種各樣的池，泡得都不想起來了，性價比很高。

房間設施比較老舊，住的親子房裡的上下鋪窗板凹陷，而且非常硬，鋪了一床被子也睡不了，連小孩都不願意睡，原是不想給這麼高分的，但是服務是真的非常好，管家珠珠以及當晚負責衞生的阿姨真的太好了，因房間冰箱壞了，還給我換了一個冰箱，拖地和換毛巾也很快，在此特別表揚，泳池因氣温低，所以沒讓孩子下水，現在的泳池水很乾凈，早餐味道一般，早餐時間是7:30-10:00，9:35分到的餐廳，服務員看見我們10:05還在吃，也沒催促我們離開，另外，離開房間出泳道的玻璃門上面有很多蚊子屍體，希望有待改進，在此強烈要求上下鋪更換厚床墊，價格放在那，一家四口明明可以睡得很舒適，兩張床睡不了，都擠一塊，最後是我老公睡的下鋪，早上起來説根本睡不着，希望酒店領導看看這建議，不然這上下鋪衹能當擺設。

在此特別謝謝管家小羽，從預訂房間開始就一直有着良好的溝通服務，特別是我們有多個家庭👪入住，還幫我們安排了就近房間，十分方便👍入住時每個房間，還送了歡迎水果，遇到困難時及時解決！我們下次還會來喲！哈哈哈

酒店離高速很近，温泉很棒，管家小七很熱情，自駕遊可以考慮，最好自帶泳裝。服務貼心到位。由於去的時候當天氣温比較低，酒店的親水泳道不敢體驗，很可惜，環境很出片。下次來度假還會考慮這裏。
