I don't like to review men.However, I want to leave the review of this hotel.Whenever I come to this case, the hotel was always worried.It's because the level of hotel is low, but I accidentally discovered this hotel.The hotel I visited me quite big satisfaction.It's very clean, kindness, and provided comfortable environment.The price was appropriate, and location was very fundamental.There are Starbucks and KFC and KFC were provided free on the 24th floor.Thanks to hotel, it was very satisfied with hotel.However, it is worried that the price will be rising when I's visit.If this price, I will visit this hotel next to the hotel and recommendations it to my friends around me.

Very helpful staffs at the reception specially for taxi booking. Free laundry on the 24th floor. Breakfast was good.

The hotel room was very clean and the service at the front desk was very friendly. The room feels modern and comfortable. The hotel is also close to popular locations and the international trade centre.

Clean hotel, convenient location, has a great view out the window - when the lake roadworks are finished. Hotel checked me in at 9am in the morning. Really appreciated that. Didn’t have breakfast so not sure of the quality.

Good location. New area. Starbucks is in lobby. Close to mall and Sultan restaurant.
Breakfast is not western. Choice are limited.

The hotel is very well- located and is accessible within 10 minutes from most places. It is also affordable and allows foreigners to stay. The room was spacious and huge, we booked the room with the bathtub and it was on the 23rd floor. The first room we arrived in was a bit untidy but they immediately changed our room when we told the reception and even helped us move our things. The hotel staff was very friendly and kind and helped with anything we needed. We even extended our stay for 2 more nights and that was hassle-free. Free tip: you need to know a little bit of Chinese to communicate because it’s a Chinese speaking hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
