Located near the Tugu Jogja, in the city center, within walking distance to Malioboro and Keraton if you like walking. There are many food stalls around the hotel. No need to worry if breakfast is not included in your stay.
Overall, one of the best with this price range, the room is clean and comfortable. The reception area is nice.

Hi, everyone! Well, me and my bestie went to Grand Kangen Hotel last weekend which was two days ago. We got flash Ramadhan sale discount, so we stayed here. The staffs were helpful. The building is very aesthetic and instagrammable. The location is close to everywhere, because it is located in the middle of the city. We also got the room that we requested, which was in the high floor. And lucky us, we had perfect view. The city view was amazing. We could see XXI building there. The room is clean, the AC works well and cool. The check in process is fast. It was amazing to do staycation here! Just try it, guys!!!

Kamarnya oke, kasurnya enak, kamar mandinya luas. Cuman di awal AC nya gak dingin sama sekali, telfon resepsionis langsung teknisinya dateng, habis itu dibenerin dan AC jadi dingin. Lumayan lah untuk harga segini hotelnya cukup oke

Good Location .. surrounding many shop and restaurant , in front have a Studio XX1 , hotel under renovation , superior room not recomended , breakfast disappointed , think twice to back again ...

Not worth for 3 star hotel. the room is old. Bed linen has stain. Smell, and toilet have mold, need to renovation. 5th Floor is dirty also have a big hole on the wall, the just put jobs picture to cover that hold.

As long as I stay in this hotel everything it's under expectation bed linen was stain, damage, smell, washbasin block. I hope the management need to focus on it, for the staff it was good 👍, thanks

The hotel is nice as described and the room price is worth getting of clean and comfortable room.
Air condition is cool and perfect.
A lot of food nearby, especially in the evening after 09.00 pm, mostly of the shop have closed.
It's very close about 10 - 15 minutes to Malioboro a popular are in Yogya by using car.
