On 11/25/2023, I arrived at the hotel after 12:30 am and encountered a confusing situation at the entrance door. There were two doorbells, one regular white bell and the other with a camera. It was unclear which one to ring, so I pushed both. The person working at that time was not polite and expressed frustration at me for ringing the bell twice. He was angry, and his behavior was unprofessional. I understand that he may have been woken up, but I did not intend to cause any trouble. I was not to blame for the situation, as the hotel should have clear instructions for the guests to follow. Despite his attitude, I kept my cool and tried to reason with him, but he continued to be rude and unapologetic. As a tired guest, I felt very uncomfortable and upset by his behavior.
