The large open-air bath overlooking Mt. Yufu has the best atmosphere. It's warm, so you can soak in it leisurely. For men, there is already a １ or a small open-air bath that is hot and can be used by the bridge. I stayed in the main building. It is a building with a considerable age, and although it is undeniably old, the toilet has been renovated and cleaned well. The dishes were basic plans, so there were no high-class ingredients, but I was satisfied with the contents that I could feel politeness. Finally, the response of the employees was very good and made the impression of this inn very good.

There are few amenities in the dressing room. [Meal] Private room in the dining hall with evening breakfast. Dinner and Bungo beef steak were soft and delicious. When I entered the private room, I was already prepared for sashimi and baked fish on the table. There may be corona measures, but the baked fish was cold, so it was a little disappointing. There was breakfast, hot tofu and specialty ryukyu. There was a matcha and sweet service at check-in. It is good to spend a leisurely time walking to Lake Jinxi. I just felt that it was not as expensive.

We booked 2x Japanese rooms for 3 nights, over the rugby period. Obviously all hotels were charging a premium, but having booked 12 months in advance, at a cost of virtually £2,000 (excluding breakfast and dinner), I expected the hotel to be pretty good. The staff were very pleasant, but the communication was a problem - appreciate that this is our fault as much as theirs! The rooms were very shabby in our opinion, the furniture was badly marked and it didn't seem very clean. The worst problem was the smell in one of the rooms though, the staff told us it was from the tatami matting, but it clearly wasn't, as the other room had the same floorcovering and didn't smell. We ended up thinking it was the drains - but it was very unpleasant. The bathroom was pretty basic, and not well maintained - dirty grout around the tub etc. We stayed at 5 other hotels in Japan, and generally the standard was as expected - this was the only disappointment when considering cost vs. quality. The futons were more comfortable that I had expected - I slept really well.

It is a 5-story inn. To commemorate the anniversary of its founding １１１, there was a free beer drink service in the lounge. It is a long-established inn in Yufuin Onsen. The customer service of the front desk staff was polite • and kind. I was able to answer the difference between Yufuin and Yufuin properly. I stayed in a large Japanese-style room on the ５ floor. All the dishes were delicious. In particular, the dishes that left an impression on me were grilled on a Japanese black beef hoba miso ceramic plate. The warmed miso has a hoba scent, and the slightly sweet taste goes well with the beef. The more you want to refill it with an exquisite taste. Breakfast is buffet style. I was satisfied with the local menu of Oita Prefecture, including dango soup. There are two indoor baths in the large hot spring bath with a spacious space. There is also a whirlpool bath and a Louis Bosti hot water of the incense hot water. The open-air bath has natural rocks on the side facing the garden. The hot water temperature is a little hot and has a feeling of slimy. What is it in the indoor bath! Yunohana. Yunohana, which crystallized the hot spring ingredients, was in bloom in the bathtub. The hot spring is a good proof. I was able to stay at this hot spring inn and became a good memory of my husband and wife trip.

The check in process was ”smart check-in”, where guests receive the passcode to the room via email. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any email (not in junk/spam either), and was stuck outside the room, trying to call a call center that had already closed for the day. There was also no reply to the email I had sent via the Trip app. In the end, I had to ask the guest staying in another room for the phone number of the person directly in-charge of the facility, so that I could call them to get the password and check-in code. The facility exceeded my expectations, but the check-in process due to the missing email was too stressful and unpleasant. I may use the facility again, but I will book it through another app to prevent such problems again.

Very helpful and friendly front desk staffs will smiling face all the time. The onsen on the roof top is excellent particularly the outdoor pool. I love their ramen serving after 9:30 pm, good timing after enjoing onsen. The room size is reasonable if you been to enough hotels in Japan. Cleanliness and tidynesss is impressive. Breakfast is good but love to see more western selections. Overall I love this hotel and will prefer to stay there again.

I originally chose this hotel because of its favorable price and good reviews. Unexpectedly, the hotel itself is very old, with a lot of dirt and decay on the walls. Although the toilet and bathroom are separated and the wet and dry separation design is very good, there is a bit of a smell because there are no windows and an exhaust system. In fact, the bed is relatively clean and can be seen. We have gradually replaced the room supplies, such as air conditioners and electric kettles, which are relatively new, but the tea cups, chairs and small tables are very old and have not been replaced. The most worrying thing is the Japanese-style floor mat; there is a lot of dirt and it is very uncomfortable to sleep on the floor at night. I feel uneasy and afraid that small insects will come to me. In addition, the bed is very thin and the hard floor is really hard to sleep on. But it also has advantages. The room is well-equipped and the space is large. If the sanitary environment can be improved, it will be renovated. , with this convenient location and large shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, I will still come back!

It is not easy to reach the hotel without a GPS. This makes it a hidden gem. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the private onsen. The size of the onsen can accommodate two people and the water temperature is just perfect. The onsen overlooks the fields and privacy is well preserved.

I bought a room (twin room) from trip.com for HK$582. This price is really the same as Yufuin. Maybe the youth hostel may be cheaper than it. This hotel is definitely a B-class hotel with a very high CP value. He has! temperature! spring! . There are two indoor hot springs, which guests can use in turn. They are first-come, first-served. You can enter by looking at the sign at the door. There is no need to make an appointment or pay extra. You can soak as many times as you want (remember it is about 45 each time). Just a few minutes (just don’t make others wait too long, and the hot spring water is very hot, so you can’t actually soak in it for that long). There are only a few rooms in total, so you don’t have to worry about queuing for a long time. The plan does not include breakfast and dinner, but it is not a bad thing for me, because there are many delicious food in Yufuin, and many of them are open until very late. That night I went to ”Yakiniku Wasaku” to eat wagyu yakisoba. In fact, there is no need to pay 3 times. One money and two meals. Disadvantages of the hotel: The WiFi is slow, the room facilities are simple (you play and eat in Yufuin at noon, and come back to the hot springs in the evening. You only go to the room to sleep, which I personally don’t think is a big problem). It is a long way from the JR station (the scenery along the way is ok) ), the hotel does not provide toothpaste and toothbrush bristle, please get more from the previous hotel. The toilet is a shared toilet, which is a little troublesome. Girls may be inconvenient (the toilet is clean). The heating in the room is very hot. It is Christmas in December.
