衝著正湖景，所以訂了象窩酒店的湖景雙床房。但入住前一天收到酒店電話説升級為湖景一房一廳，本以為會更好，結果到酒店入住才知道什麼叫失望！雖然房間是不錯，也很舒服，但風景由正湖景變成遠眺湖景，而且房間安排在雲山閣，離象窩酒店比較遠，無論是泡温泉還是吃飯都不方便，雖然有觀光車，但觀光車除了有時間段限制，運力十分不足，看似衹要一輛觀光車，五一期間山上有點冷，泡完温泉等觀光車時間長，凍得直打哆嗦。建議酒店既然房間分佈範圍比較大，在節假日除了增加觀光車運力，最好取消時間段限制。打電話給客人升級房間時應該説明房間的位置，畢竟第一次入住酒店，體驗感非常重要，如果住客因房間升級了反而失望了，那還有第二次嗎？升級是為了使住客滿意，而不是為方便酒店去更好銷售其他的房間!雖然住不到想要的風景房，但酒店五一安排的活動也不錯，適應帶娃，如果不是因為大霧天氣，我相信山上的風景也很美!
