We were planning to stay for 1 night, but ended up staying for 3. I especially appreciated that the hotel provided wheelchair for my elderly parent to use during our stay. Thanks to the wheelchai ruse, my dad was able to visit more sites. Thank you so much for the unexpected service. Our courtyard hot spring room was huge, and the private hot spring pool was very convenient.

This was my 6th trip to this hotel. I don't think there will be a 7th. It seems every time I go things are getting worst. There are less pools open, the buffet is not as good as it used to be. I think I have only seen the outdoor pool open once. It is a shame as I love to go there when I have a business trip in Yuyao. Hopefully things will improve.

The hotel was lovely and the private hotspring in our courtyard was amazing. The kids playroom was a great place to lety 1 yearold run around and go crazy. Service was great and Deng Yuan Yuan was incredibly helpful . Room service menu could definitely use more options and a drinks menu but otherwise we had a great experience.

incredible location, surrounded by nature and things to see around the hotel.
Admin is super friendly and helpful and upgraded a friends room for free.
the hotel has different room decor, very posh, and unique.
Perfect breakfast! so much variety.
Hot springs are the highlight, so clean, so relaxing... total grand vacation just 45mins away from Ningbo.
Only there aren't any stores around the area, so take snacks.

Lovely hotel, clean and spacious rooms, excellent staff and a good hot spring experience. Could do with a bigger room service menu / food options during the day but otherwise a very good spot for a local stay.

We booked a Hot Spring Room but found the room to be far away from the main building, old decoration and not comfortable so we changed to a room in the main building, very good and enjoyable however a few things the hotel should do is to increase the firmness of the mattress Waldo harder pillows, easy check in and accept foreigners no problems...furthermore don’t get carried away like us and put down a deposit for houses what they are building next door

房間面積大約35～40平方米左右，比較寬敞的，設備設施也還不錯。入住前2個工作人員就開始微信聯繫幫忙預訂私湯和餐廳座位，入住後前台和各部門服務人員態度都不錯，耐心負責，有問有答，在國內來説這裏的服務態度很不錯了，特別是微信幫忙預訂私湯和晚餐桌位的（前台？微信名：0.2度，）工作人員值得表揚👍，讓我人還沒入住就很安心。中餐廳的部分菜沒入味很淡，海鮮比較新鮮的。中餐廳服務員換骨碟比較勤快值得表揚👍，建議房間裏可以再備幾個供客人裝乾濕衣物的塑料洗衣袋，自助餐沒有吃不評價，早餐中規中矩。私湯有配備洗手間、淋浴間和床、浴巾、一點水果和些微點心，但私湯的淋浴間外缺地巾，建議也是備點洗衣袋供客人裝濕的泳衣和臟衣物。酒店對面有個寺廟和小瀑布可以走一走。總體來説還不錯，以後有機會可以再來。
