I was very impressed that they safely kept some of my belongings that I had left behind in the room.

Beautiful room, big room, large Sofa, Window overlooking the courtyard, nice big king Size Bed. Comfortable. The young lady that gave my room went above and beyond. Trying to remember her name.. she made my whole trip.. Ricardo was great and Sylvia cleaning our room was great. Sylvia is a special employee. Thank her very much.

I've been to Zacatecas at least 10 times, I really liked the fact of being very close to everything walking distance. Hotel was very clean and my room too. I highly recommend this location I will be saying again. Emporio keep up the good job and staff are very professional.
