The worst 5 star hotel ever. Help desk from in room phone was terrible terrible. We just asked for toothbrush kit one time at 13:pm, second at 6 pm ( this time the service line even hanged me), third and forth time at 7 but no answers! ! It is so bad. Then we came out and went to complain. And ran into cleaning clerk and got what we need. So absurd.

플릭스버스 터미널. 둘라츠시장부근 다 걸어다닐수(10분에서 15분정도) 있고 트램도 가까이에 있어서 공랑까지 가는 길도 편리했어요.
직원분들도 다 친절했고 객실도 깨끗허고 좋았어요.
