An amazing family run hotel, breakfast is the best I've ever had in 15 years of holidays to Greece. Pool is great and the hanging cabanas a nice touch. We will be back again for sure, Supermarket and bakery a ten minute walk. Richy, Chelle and Oliver

The staff here were very friendly and helpful, the place and the surroundings are lovely, it's a place worth visiting. The downside is the breakfast is all cold, beans, eggs and sausages for example, but some people might not mind that, it just wasn't for me. There was a very good selection for breakfast considered the small area they had to use, and they used it very well indeed. The only real problem we had was that 4 of us staying in a one bedroom apartment had to share one wardrobe which is not possible, so 2 of us had to live out of our cases, as there were no chest of drawers, if they could change this, then it would be a lovely place to stay, behind the front door, there is ample space to put another wardrobe and this would help immensely. Overall I would recommend it, as it's a lovely place, we just had a few little niggles here and there, but we all still enjoyed our stay. Top marks for all the staff there, very helpful 👍

This was our second visit to this hotel. We came at same time last year and asked again for suit 408 this year, which they kindly provided. The staff remain friendly and helpful however we did notice that the cleaning is not to the standard of last year, maybe because of a change of cleaning staff. The floor of suit was generally very dusty however to be fair, this did change on our second week when they were washed it every day. Unlike some others we did not have any issues with changing of towels, they were always done when we left them on the floor like they request. The hot tub also did get a little "green" towards the end , but suspect the change of weather may have had some effect on it. We would suggest that the bath and shower unit needs replacing soon, it was looking its age . The real plus was the evening meals, we commented last year that a greater selection would be appreciated and they have gone out of their way to increase the choice of main evening meals. Thank you. The breakfast has a wide choice however the hot food is nearly always cold which is a shame. There is also a large cat community which have become a pain (if you are not keen on them) as they jump on your table when you are trying to eat, which is not good. The local restaurant Michaelos is a very good choice for a change of evening meal. All in all, the staff remain excellent and the hotel just needs a few little improvements .

Just back from a wonderful 10 days at this hotel. From the moment we arrived through the door to the moment we left, we had a fabulous time. The staff were the best staff I have ever experienced. They are friendly, accommodating and so hardworking. The location is a bit of a walk but we actually liked it and got a taxi back some times. Yes there was an issue with the usual sunbed wars where all beds are reserved by 8am annoyingly but we had such a lovely balcony (304) that we were OK and went exploring quite a bit. Again, a wonderfully warm welcome and a relaxing stay. Would highly recommend this hotel! Thanks to all the staff for such a wonderful stay!

A warm family ran hotel. Lots of little touches to make your stay special. Very clean and the food is perfect. The family are very proud of the hotel and they should be. We had a wonderful stay. Authentic, home cooked food mostly grown in the hotels land. Surrounded by olive trees. The hotel is ran very well and the staff are always on hand to talk, advise, arrange trips, cars and call a taxi. We felt very welcome and we would love to visit again. The pools are lovely and it’s only a few minutes to restaurants and beaches. Perfect. Away from the main area and all inclusive large hotels but near enough to get to things. Thank you for having us!

We booked a wonderful suite for 4 days. Our room was spotlessly cleaned in a daily basis, bed made and clean towels. The staff were so welcoming, assisting and friendly! Nothing was too much for them to ask, they were always eager to help and we really loved their company and energy. We enjoyed a rich breakfast with unlimited options of local delicacies most of them homemade, like jams, cakes, sweets and Greek pittas. It was really something else to try every morning! Dinner at the restaurant was also excellent, as expected. The pool was very clean and so was the hotel overall. On my next visit to Zante, it will definitely book it for my accommodation and I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene vacation.

Spent 9days in June 24 we had a lovely one bedroom apartment on b&b basis. Ample choice for breakfast. Nice sociable and friendly staff. Kalamaki ***** is about a 30 mins walk and Zante town about 40 mins, taxis readily available for both ways.

We travelled as a family of 3 for 1 week from the 8th June 2024. Apon arrival we were greeted and checked in. We were asked to pay the Tourist tax which was only 21 euro for the week. The AC was 10 euro a night so a little on the expensive side. We were then shown to our room. The room was what I expected, very dated. This was not an issue as I had read the reviews so was aware of this. We had room 204 which had a balcony at the back that got the sun all day long, it was excellent, so for me the interior didn't matter. We headed down for drinks at the pool. Like most places you are not allowed to eat or drink anything apart from what is brought from the pool bar. I did get a little shock at the prices. We had 2 small beers and a Lemonde for our son (7years) and totalling 11.50 so 3.50 for a small Lemonade (not even a can) and 4 euro for a small beer! The first night we ate at the Restautant at the apartments. The quality of food is amazing. The choice is good, limited if you were going to eat there a few times. No child menu though. So the only thing our son could eat was chips. We didn't eat there again based on that. Our first few days it was about 35 degrees and coming from North Scotland it was super hot, we loved the pool area. Ample sun beads (to begin with) and nice size pool. The walk to Kalimaki is about 25-30 minutes. I did not take into consideration the heat element and thought we could walk this daily no problems but our boy couldn't (or wouldn't) walk in the heat. Taxi 8 euro. Reasonable. Staff always there to call one for you and its very speedy service. There are 2 places to eat within walking distance, only 1 is recommended Michealos. Lovely bakers and shop within 10 mins also. There are a few things to highlight. The first been they did say that they have a karaoke night on a Wednesday and on a Friday its Greek night. We were going to attend both these and looked forward to it very much. However, I asked on Wednesday what time the karaoke started and was told due to a technical error it was cancelled. We went into Kalimaki and had a lovely evening in some other place with Live music so this didn't really matter. It was the Greek night that disappointed us very much after been told this was cancelled. No reason was given for this. There is little of no atmosphere in the bar area so we did feel we had to go out every night. The last very important thing to highlight is the volunteers that come from the near by campsite. The staff at the apartments let them use the pool and sun loungers during the day. While I think the job they do is commendable and very important for the Turtles on the island they began to spoil our last couple days. I booked this particular apartments as they are, small, traditional, family run and away from the main ***** with all the young groups. On our last couple days we could not get a sun bed round the pool, while this would have been acceptable in most circumstances I felt rather annoyed as I c

For me and my husband it had lovely grounds. The gardens are very pretty, pool area is nice. The accommodation could do with some work (a lot of work). Some of the rooms are really shabby, which is a shame as just white wash regularly would make all the difference… My biggest complaint, are the prices at the bar, they are shocking! Some of the cocktails are double the price of other bars. The food is very slow, breakfast is great but if you want snacks, lunch or dinner, plan it, as you will wait at least 40mins. We had an issue with an unwanted visitor in our room, which can be expected in more remote places. We didn’t want to make a singing and dance, we didn’t expect to move rooms. But you don’t even get offered a drink, just some tape to cover the hole.
