酒店位於扎金索斯鎮廣場，站在陽台可俯瞰小鎮廣場，酒店設施較陳舊，入住次日早晨因故障停水無法洗漱，但服務不錯。

Absolutnie fantastyczny. Śniadanie było pyszne z greckimi produktami i nowym jedzeniem każdego ranka. Personel był niesamowity, przyjazny i bardzo mi pomógł w wydrukowaniu mojej karty pokładowej i daniu mi szansy na prysznic i skorzystanie ze wszystkich udogodnień, w tym basenu, nawet po moim wymeldowaniu. Wszyscy recepcjoniści (rano / wieczór / noc) byli bardzo troskliwi i pomocni. Nie mogłem polecić więcej.

Lokalizacja hotelu jest idealna - w samym środku całej akcji. Łazienka pachniała i była bardzo mała. Byliśmy na pierwszym piętrze i każdego ranka słyszeliśmy głośne dźwięki, ponieważ ludzie jedli śniadanie i słyszeli poruszające się krzesła. Byliśmy też tuż przy sprzątalni, więc każdego ranka słyszeliśmy sprzątaczki. Basen jest bardzo mały w porównaniu do tego, jak wygląda online. Nie spaliśmy przez 4 noce, kiedy tam byliśmy. Mieliśmy też dwa pojedyncze łóżka złożone razem jako łóżko typu queen-size, a pośrodku była separacja, więc było niewygodnie. Parking był również trudny.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, but could really benefit from a refit not so much to the lobby or restaurant as that has a nice retro feel . Our room was a comfort twin with balcony, room 214 to be precise,I can't say it didn't have everything you would expect just that what was there was tired with very little natural light unless you opened the door to balcony and let in the very warm air (currently 35c) also the shower/bath was very awkward to get in/out of .All the staff are lovely and very welcoming .

The location is excellent, just yards away from St Marks Square with access to lots of restaurants and bars. All the staff were so friendly and helpful but Sofia in particular went our of her way to organise a change of room for us. Breakfast had a wide range of things to eat and drink with small changes each day. Our room was tidied daily and the hotel in general was very clean and tidy. I would recommend a stay here.

Fabulous location and clean. Towels every 3 days is not acceptable. Customer service is obviously not a priority. Beds are very hard . Breakfast is very average.The pictures of the pool and bar area are taken by a great photographer 😁 The bathroom is very uncomfortable to use. Great shame as this could be a amazing place to come too.

The staff at the reception was so helpful and they were very kind to my son (4). Also the tours I booked with the hotel were very nice and they helped me quickly with all my questions (even during the evening and weekends). Cleaning of the room could be improved a bit (more consistent). Some days it was great, some days they forgot things. The location is perfect! When you walk out of the hotel you have plenty of restaurants and shops. The main shopping street is right in front of the hotel and the harbor is only a few minutes walking away. All and all we had a great time and I would recommend the hotel.

The common areas of the hotel and the room itself look really good, however the bathroom is small, outdated and it smells, it doesn’t make any sense that is hasn’t been refurbished recently. The bed is comfortable but the bed sheets are really bad, so thick and harsh! You can literally hear EVERYTHING from the other rooms and corridor and this is what I thought it was the worse about this hotel! I thought the breakfast was poor and not varied, but after staying in other hotels of the same sort in Greece, it seems to be the “normal”. But I noticed there are no lactose free options available. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
