Cozy, a little dark, it was clean, despite the construction site nearby, it wasn't very noisy. Seating was small and shady. Carpet under the bed needs to be replaced. I would give four stars. Not five.

Well built but poorly maintained, very well located, dusty, very dark (almost no sunlight - nevertheless very poor artificial light) and noisy as there is a constant muffled sound from the heating under the studio. A cupboard door was torn out, the bedsid
