Excellent Matterhorn view from the room. Christina, I guess the owner of the hotel with excellent service and hospitality. However, the breakfast restaurant crews were not at par on service. Sight some argument with the tour group for table sitting arrangement which was not handled well. The crews wee also not with expected service too. The 2nd day breakfast was finished at 8am and we were told that it will not be replenished and that it was for the day. The spread with some left overs and we were not being offered any other arrangement. This is not acceptable with breakfast package. End up we hv to prepare ourselves with our own food. Very disappointed with this.

Great hotel with great friendly staff. Was here with 40+ people and it was an amazing experience. Wait staff at breakfast and dinners were just wonderful, so friendly. Front desk people were knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend Albana Real hotel for anyone. Breakfast food was great and we had three meals here, one in each of three different specialities. Location was also very good, but in Zurmatt no location is poor

Lovely small little hotel…A little away from the main train station but good connectivity…They have a shuttle of their own tat can pick u up from tasch…The first an only hotel in our swiss trip that provided all the vanity in the bathroom….their linen was super luxurious and soft and loved their bath slippers 😊 We are vegetarians (no eggs too) so breakfast options were limited to dairy pdts, cereals, breads, jams, juices and fruits….plz carry extra food if ur travelling with kids…on request they did provide us with sliced tomatoes and cucumber the next day. Would like to make a special mention about Mr. ALEX 😊 He made are stay super comfortable and I as very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a memorable stay.

Superb hotel with incredible views of the Matterhorn, perfect location walking distance to the nightlife but not so close as to be disturbed. Beautiful interior spaces, superb bathroom very recently renovated it seems. All needs catered for with a minimum of fuss.

Albana Real is a lovely hotel, with three excellent restaurants (Japanese, Thai and Italian). All the personell, be it at breakfast, at the reception, the bar or one of the restaurants make you feel warmly welcomed. The newly renovated spa is wonderful.

Old hotel, partly renovated but in generally old. Breakfast good and would be an ok hotel but not a 4 star rating. However the bar is a smokers lounge thus impossible to stay in as a non smokers and even worse during the evening and night the smoke for the smokers lounge gets into the rooms. We did complain to the owner and she shows absolutely no respect for the hotel guests. To her It's clearly more important to have the evening guests to continue to drink and smoke instead of having hotel guest (paying a lot of money) to be satisfied. Would not recommend it to any one (except hard smokers) worst experience ever.

Good location, very good breakfast, newly renovated spa. nice stuff. nice room the only pitfall is noise- you can hear people walking in the others rooms , closing doors of the closets. on the other side there is no noise from outside. For me it is more important than remodeling the spa. suggestion- it would be quiet nice if discount was given to one of the 3 of the very expensive restaurants for guests of the hotel ...
