Good: service , free shuttle service to the station, friendly staff , using l'occitane products
Could be improved: breakfast with limited choices , kind of dissapointed. Booked a triple room and I can hear people talking beside the room ( poor soundproof )

Beautiful hotel!! Even though hotel was a few streets away from the station BUT free shuttle service is available. Hotel service was so good including free consultation on activity planning in Zermatt. Would definitely go back to this hotel if I’m coming back to Zermatt in future!!

Room is as expected ,very clean and good view of mountain . The restaurant staff are very nice and helpful. Recommend for family vacation.

地理位置看馬特洪峰蠻好的，但要預約面向馬特洪峰的房間，另一邊房間是看不到的，飯店有接駁車，可惜是需要自費16法郎，費用有點高，但如果行李很多的情況下，還是建議可以付費接駁比較方便.
另外飯店很貼心會準備小甜點在房間給我們享用.

熱鬧的小鎮上都是各種酒店，我們的房間正對馬特洪峯，一杯咖啡靜靜坐在露台上觀賞馬特洪峯的不同景象，是我們此次旅行最愜意的時光

酒店外內都好舒服、房間大、個景超級靚。早晨食物質量好好、泳池好舒服，大人小朋友都喜歡這間酒店。

除了貴沒毛病，房間還是很大的，我們的房間不是馬特洪峯房，但是剛好可以看到登山火車也是很漂亮的，酒店晚上有鋼琴表演，酒吧還是很熱鬧的，酒店裡的室外温泉泡池温度很低，非常冷，25度以下！太冷了！餐廳需要提前預約，牛排還不錯！早餐也非常豐富，有新鮮整版的蜂巢好吃！酒店門口如果天氣好可以清楚看到馬特洪峯！酒店離火車站也近！走路10分鐘，坐車5分鐘！
