Everything was good at this hotel except the automatic lights sensor which has a very annoying sound throughout our stay.
Other than this, all’s well when it comes to the location, wifi was stable, room design and scenic views from the balcony were as reflected on the website and not forgetting, the complimentary shuttle to train station.
Thanks for the great service, strongly recommended.

非常滿意 陽台可以看到馬特洪峯 前台非常貼心 一直送到房間 還詳細介紹了各種説明有專門的歡迎卡片 設施完善 冰箱裏還有馬特洪峯同款巧克力可以拍照打卡 出門就是各種商業街很方便

如果想要看到馬特洪峰的話，這間陽台房型看不到，浴室沒有浴缸，若在意的可以留意一下，飯店距離車站很近，也可以預約請飯店至車站接駁，整體感受良好！

Excellent service from the staff. We check-in ahead of time and left our luggages at the front desk. When we returned in the evening, our luggages were waiting in our room for us. The staff also kindly brought us up to the room. Little touch of service that makes a difference. Room was clean, modern and spacious for us. We love the balcony so we could eat there while enjoying the view.

The hotel as well as the staff went way above our expectations. The hotel has an excellent restaurant and was centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and many activities. Views from the room are outstanding and would recommend to anyone traveling to Zermatt from the United States. Loved the warm greeting from a furry friend!
