I wish they had communicated about the heat and air conditioning. They also made us take out the trash and take off the sheets.

It’s very close to train station, stores and restaurants. You can walk 10 minutes to see Matterhorn from village. The apar**ent that we got is at 3rd floor so we have to lift our luggage up. No storage space to hold your luggage after you check out but you can leave your luggage at the basement where is an open space, no locker or door to keep your items safe. You also can store luggages at locker room at train station which offer different size of locker.
Please note that we have to pay taxes in cash, fortunately you can easily find banks or A**s locally. We have a good stay.

Very conveniently situated, only 100 metres from the railway station. Two nearly supermarkets. The Appartement is very well equipped, and spotlessly clean. There is everything a couple could need. The owners are friendly and attentive and immediately sort out any issues. This was our second visit and we would definitely use it again.

Magnifique appartement située au plein centre de Zermatt. C'est EXTRÊMEMENT PROPRE et la propriétaire est venue changer les serviettes au millieux de la semaine. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Vraiment typique et tres abordable. Merci Beaucoup pour le merveilleux sejour de ski chez vous.
