Very nice hotel. The location is fantastic and the view from room is amazing.

The hotel is clean and big,breakfast also nice.
It offers the free bus pick up from station to the hotel from 8am to 17pm. But the staff service could be better.

Nice hotel, but very bad service. Check in at 3pm. Don’t arrive one minute earlier. Otherwise it’s not fair to others. That is the principle of this hotel.

位置和衞生都挺好的 但是定的馬特洪峯山景卻看不到馬特洪峯 早餐很差 沒什麼選擇 裏面工作人員服務態度很一般 房間沒有燒水壺 衹能去前台裝 第一天晚上有提供 第二天就説 水壺壞了 有點無語 且shuttle bus衹能做一次
