這是個無車小鎮 我們自己的攻略做得不全面 非常尷尬 好在前台的小姑娘特別可愛 幫忙搬運行李的值班人員也非常滿意 給予我們很多的支持！
設施：非常棒 可以在屋裡看到山景
衞生：可以有提高空間
環境：非常棒
服務：無話可説！所有的服務人員都傾力支持！
非常可惜第二天滿房不能續住

1.這家酒店在半山腰上，有接送班車，但是晚上7點就下班了，酒店入住提示上根本沒説這一點，衹寫了班車免費，我們以為一直有班車接送，那天坐火車到了後9.30了，酒店説沒有班車了，公交也下班了，導航看步行17分鐘左右，結果，全是爬坡路，累個半死，半路上又不好打車了，累吐，全家大半夜的推着行李，累的滿頭大汗，冒椒火辣，心情糟糕透了
2.酒店分明預訂成功，但還有兩天就要入住的時候，沒有任何通知，就説信用卡扣款失敗，並且滿房，還好攜程在這一點做的非常好，幾次溝通才又讓代理商放了一間房出來，這裏必須誇獎攜程
3.酒店前台人員還是比較好，出發那天我們去玩滑翔傘，主動提出到點把行李幫我們送到火車站，不用我們再返回取行李

非常不錯酒店，性價比高。酒店設計蠻不錯服務也很好。位置離一個纜車站特別特別近方便上山玩。離開去火車站也會有車送。

設計師酒店，配套不錯，就是有點貴，還是值得住一天
酒店會接送車站，位置就在上纜車的地方，早餐的麪包還行，酥酥脆脆的，但是游泳池的景不太好，重體還行，差不多國內的網紅酒店吧

Topnotch hotel for skiing: beside gondola and ski rental shop. Ten minute easy walk from the Zermatt Center. Outstanding, charming service by absolutely everyone. Wonderful breakfast, spotless, beautiful pool. Nothing is missing. I’d go back there in a heartbeat!

Perfect team .. perfect view .. perfect place .. well what can I say? The design of the hotel is pretty nice (futuristic) and the pool with an inside and outside parts are perfect for relaxing. Did I have to speak about the breakfast ... a really nice buffet with a good cappuccino .. :)

We absolutely loved this hotel. Perfect location right next to the Matterhorn Express lift, gorgeous design with great attention to detail and a delicious and extensive buffet breakfast. However, what makes this place extra special is the incredible team working in the hotel - every single member of staff there goes the extra mile to make the stay a truly personalised and special experience - we are already looking forward to our next stay. Thank you!

Beautiful room looking out over the evening skies area (from the free-standing bath) and partial view of the Matterhorn. Hotel is so close to the ski lift it makes it so easy to get over to Italy. Great staff who are efficient and friendly. Loved everything.
