Yunmei Bieyuan Hotel

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I traveled as a solo female on a last-minute whim with little to no Chinese language skills. Not only was I greeted warmly, but the staff were exceptionally nice. They helped me book a day trip to Zhangjiajie, including transport. They made a great effort in solving my problems and ensuring I was okay. They even made sure I ate and helped me with ordering food, accommodating my dietary requirements by translating and selecting suitable meals. The room was beautiful and spacious. I loved how everything was automatic, including the curtains. They even had one of those bidet/automatic toilets. The hotel is super close to Tianmen Mountain, allowing me to visit early in the morning and still have time to go to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon and Glass Bridge. It is also close to the 72 Wonders Tower (72 Qilou). On my first night, I couldn’t figure out how to get Didi working, and one of the staff booked it for me. I highly recommend this hotel—10/10!

The front desk staff are ver attention in details. They are very helpful and had a very good services mind. The room was nice which included breakfast. Breakfast was delicious. The air conditioning inside the room was working very well and the bed was good

Really appreciate their train station pickup service! Hotel located a bit far from cable car station & main city area. The hotel is a bit old. Better book the Tienmen mountain ticket in advance. Line A is the best if you do not want to walk so much.

Very Good service from the hotel staff.its just 1 km from the tianmen cable car station..rooms are very good and neat. they provide complementary airport pick up for trip.com bookings..nice small boutique kinda stay where you feel comfortable. .

Very nice location and great staff. The girl at the reception (Yoshi) was so kind and helped us to find all things we needed. We definitely recommend it. :)
