Country Garden Phoenix Suites Hotel

It was a great stay at Country Garden Phoenix hotel. The hotel is 20 mins away from Zhangjiajie National forest park so when we arrived at the hotel at about 12pm we were able to cover the Avatar mountain site. The staff of the hotel is polite and helpful. Special mention to Sunny Rong one of the executive of the hotel. She helped us a lot during are 3 days family trip. I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again if I plan to go to Zhangjiajie one more time.

Hotel was very good and prime location just perfect, easy to explore all the tourist spot. Such as zhangjiajie forest national park, tianmenShan, baofeng lake, Grand Canyon. Hotel have a amazing swimming pool you can enjoy the evening after a tiring day. Gym was awesome with latest technology. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful, they have upgraded our room to premium suite. Special thanks to Cici.. Breakfast buffet was full of so many different dishes very tasty.

We spend three nights and then extend one more night.The hotel is centrally located from all attractions, view from the hotel at sunset is just wonderful. we would like to come back again in autumn or winter. I want to especially thank Liyuan, she was always in touch with us. Food in the restaurant is excellent!

This was our second stay at this resort for this trip. We came back to spend an extra night because our flight was canceled. Overall, my friend and I had a great stay here! We were welcomed back to the hotel by the evening staff whom were able to help us swiftly, and with a smile. I would especially like to mention Ying, Qin, Jin, Ya, Yan, and Yao Zan. They were super friendly throughout the check in process and made our stay that much more wonderful. Breakfast in the morning was a decent sized-buffet with the option of sitting outdoors over-looking the lush green trees. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the pool was not opened during our stay, and a notice about that would have been appreciated upon booking. We had a nice stay nonetheless!

My friends and I had a great time here. Xiangyang helped organising our pick up from the airport and Andy gave us a lot of great advice on where to visit and eat. The only downfalls were the pools being closed and the fridge being too warm. Otherwise, a pleasant stay! 😄

酒店的位置離各大景區都需要有20分鐘路程。 住這裏最滿意的點就是安靜，但早上會有服務員莫名其妙的敲門打擾。 衞生，服務沒有達到五星級酒店標準。 另外住這裏附近吃的餐廳很少，而且很難吃，酒店餐廳也有中西餐廳，看了看菜單，又貴又沒食慾。

工作人員服務很好，周圍環境很好。
