I had a train early in the morning so the location was convenient. The staff was very attentive and polite. She couldn’t speak English (as in most places) but communication worked smooth and she seems to be a caring person. The room and everything was nice. Closeby are several food options (restaurants, bakery, snacks/drinks shops etc), it’s in walkable distance to the train station and there is also a frequent bus to it (I think line 6), and there would probably also be taxis/didis around.

Very nice and helpful hostess!! Clean and comfortable room! The territory is very quiet and easy to find near the railway station!!! There are little shops and restaurants in a few minutes to walk.

It was perfect, me and my two daughters were arriving late to the train statiiin and they came to pick up us. It was really helpfull for my daugthers. The room was better than expected, unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy it because we wanted to go to the National Park early in the morning.

This is an excellent choice for those who need to take an early train. The railway station is close.
The hotel is cozy and clean, and the hosts are amazing. The young man at the reception did an excellent job and helped us with every question we had.

Super exceeded my expectations by alot! I thought it would just be a budget hotel for an overnight stay but this place tops it all. The service given was top notch and facilities was new and clean. The mother and son even wakes up at 4am to send me to the railway for free. Perfect for staying close to the railway! Highly recommend

Very nice and friendly owner. We were greeted with hot tea and she allowed us to cancel the next night stayed.
Her son even drove us to railway station to buy the next day train tickets and helped us on WeChat pay. They even offer to drive us to the train station the next morning.
The room was super clean with nice queen beds and very clean bath towels and free bottle water.
Highly recommend anyone who would like to stayed close to Zhangjiajie west railway station.
