Zhangjiajie Huangting Hotel (Wujiayu Ticket Station, Wulingyuan Scenic Area, National Forest Park)

Everything good, the hotel is 3 minutes walk from the east entrance of the national park. The whole city is by the mountains so Wulingyan is a little cold but the hotel provided the air conditioner to stay warm, everything worked fine.

I definitely won't be back. A positive point of the hotel is the location, it is very convenient, not only because Zhangjiajie Park is very close, but it is located in the middle between Tianmen Mountain and the Glass Bridge Park. Very convenient. I went with a friend and they gave us a room that we hadn't asked for, I understand that they were renovating (one day we ran out of light) and that the room was more expensive than ours, but having a bathroom and shower with glass was very inconvenient, especially because it wasn't what we asked for and we were not a couple. None of the staff spoke English and they demanded that we speak Chinese, in my case I don't speak it, but my friend does. When he wasn't there they treated me badly just because I didn't speak Chinese, you can't have a hotel where you accept foreigners and don't speak English, especially in a tourist spot like Zhangjiajie. Once I asked for water at the front desk (I don't understand why we had to ask for it everyday) and they didn't understand, the word water is basic English. The day we arrived the room was not completely clean, there were ashes in the bathroom (we had asked for a non-smoking room), the room smelled of cigarettes and there was not even a pillow. The day the light went out we couldn't close the window, so we asked for help and they replied that it was because of the light since the room was all electric; In the afternoon when we came back from the excursion (and the light was back) the situation was the same, with the excuse that it was too late they put some scotch tape on the window and said they would fix it the next day. They never did and the day we left there window it was still like that. We had to have the air conditioning on all the time because of the cold. We have to say that a lady of the staff was very nice to us and even stopped us to give us the fruit, even though there was the problem of the language barrier, she was very kind and friendly with us.

房間比較寬敞，窗外正對着對面的樓房，不太方便。熱水比較小，洗頭很費勁。房間不隔音，隔壁説話聽的很清楚。酒店接團隊客户比較多，一到傍晚來客人入住就敲鼓，有點吵。但是酒店離景區大門很近，酒店門口有幾個停車位可以停車。

煌廷酒店非常好，距離東門景區入口很近，走路幾分鐘就到，店內衞生乾淨整潔，房間大而豪華，周邊用餐的地方很多又方便，設施齊全，都是新的，給人賓至如歸的感覺，非常感謝前台小姐姐們的熱情周到服務，停車方便，保安很盡責，推薦入住。

看最近天氣轉暖，帶家人出來透透氣，來到了久違的張家界，在攜程上找到了這家離門票站最近的煌廷大酒店，想慢慢，玩酒店保安，前台都很熱心，酒店設施都不錯，各項功能都很齊全，酒店衞生，隔音都比以前住的好，唯一不足的是沒有早餐，但是前台推薦酒店旁邊的慈利米粉店做的米粉確實挺好吃，比桂林米線強，前台小姐姐給我推薦了旅遊路線，很詳細，也很專業，還幫我代買了魅力湘西的演出門票，在此謝謝你們，必須給酒店5星好評，值得推薦

酒店周圍環境優美，空氣清新，讓人感覺非常放鬆。早餐種類豐富，味道也很好。總之，這是一家值得推薦的酒店。享受一下大自然的饋贈。

臨時找的一家酒店，出乎意料的滿意。 看到價格這麼便宜本來沒報多大希望，但是前台小翠很熱情的讓我們提前上樓看房間，這才放心的訂下來。 酒店位置非常好，離張家界國家森林公園東門很近，走路幾分鐘就到了。 酒店附近餐廳也好吃，強烈推薦附近的毛氏小館，炒菜好吃，老闆很好，我們住這裏的兩天在毛氏吃了三頓。 酒店出門右轉有家早餐店也很好吃。 簡單住住的話還是很好的，性價比王者！ 而且這個價位居然有智能馬桶，真的很值了！

去年春節雪比較大，好多高速都封了，現在人也不多，帶家人出來透透氣，找了一家離森林公園門票站很近的這家煌廷大酒店，酒店大堂很氣派，一百多元能訂到這樣的酒店，簡直不敢想象，這就是淡季出行的好處，酒店100米還有一條河，環境很好，酒店衞生做的很好，隔音效果也不錯，酒店有個旅遊部，幫我們介紹了一個導遊，小高，小高個子確實不高，但是很熱情，對張家界的各景點都很瞭解，景區人也不多，沒有網上看的人山人海，介紹的也很到位，沒有帶我們購物，還帶我們去吃了張家界的特色美食，三下鍋，300元每天，確實很值，他也很辛苦，在此特別感謝煌廷大酒店，感謝小高，下次有朋友過來，我還會推薦。

春節過後，帶一家人出來轉轉，就是為了避開春節高峯，看好了天氣，來到了久違的張家界，通過攜程訂了張家界門票站最近的煌廷大酒店，價格還能接受，不到200元，能訂到這樣大氣的酒店，有可能現在是淡季的原因吧，前台小姐姐很熱情，給我們介紹了張家界各景點，還幫我們代訂了張家界天門山，森林公園，魅力湘西的門票，比網上便宜，酒店衞生也還可以，各設施都比較齊全，酒店旁邊就是美食一條街，有全國各地的美食，就是味道偏辣，不適合我們北方人，酒店各項服務都很好，給我們留下了美好的回憶，這個酒店訂的值，確實可以推薦。
