Sheraton Hotel (Zhengzhou 270 Wanda Zhengshang Yujianmingzhu Branch)

Ive been to over a 100 hotels and this is honestly the worst hotel experience I have had in China. My room's water and electric is not consistent and went out in the middle of a shower. The room was not sanitary and I had severe allegies after staying here for 2 days, I ended up wearing a mask the entire stay due to mold and dust issues from the walls and bathroom which got worst during the night. There was no cleaning during the entire stay and I had to buy my own toilet paper and other things that other hotels usually offered. Finally, the staff communication was unprofessional and they tried to offer me a 2:00 check out for a 5 star review which I declined because it was against the platform rules to falsify reviews for benefits. The lower price is not worth the headache, sickness, and time wasted. Better to pay $15 or $25 extra and get a proper accommodation with professional staff instead. Hopefully, they can take the feedback and improve their rooms and unprofessional behavior for future guests.

It is an apar**ent room in the 21 floor. Everything is good.

地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情，樂於供給各種幫忙，前台十分熱情。酒店的服務非常值得稱讚，員工們非常熱情友好，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。酒店的設施也非常完備，房間乾淨舒適，入住體驗非常好。

位置好找，客服很貼心，來鄭州培訓的，剛開始衹訂了一天，住了之後又續住兩天。隔音效果很好，很乾凈，性價比很高。視野開闊。外出經費有限，比起快捷酒店更喜歡這種。推薦，推薦。
