Huangguoshu Heyuan Hotel

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose the hotel based on good reviews from past guests and its proximity to the minibus station from Anshun and the shuttle bus to the waterfall park. However, we were surprised that hot water is only available from 1930 - 2230! And even when conforming to their time frame, we had to call each time to inform them that no hot water was coming. A staff member would then show up on our floor to turn on the hot water. Secondly, our room was downgraded from top floor to the lowest floor, and the reason being it was low season and they only have that one floor in operation. Last but not least, no housekeeping was performed during our 3 day stay - trash was not cleared, toilet paper and water were not replenished until we called and requested it. The hotel seemed to be functioning with very minimum staff in attendance. The front desk lady who checked us in was very efficient in replying to our numerous messages and sorting out the problem. One positive comment: basic breakfast offered was good. The soup noodle was tasty.

Location is great. Just opposite the scenic area ticketing center and bus station. Just about 100m away is a row of restaurants serving local cuisine. Very convenient and highly recommended.

第二次到安順，肉眼可見的比去年繁華，到達目的地後，當地飯店推薦的店，四星酒店，開始不理解為什麼推薦，後來發現都是同行襯託 攜程下單，但是我們三個人，只有一個訂單有優惠，衹能媽媽👩和我這家店，給爸爸👨訂了另一家店，首先這家店前台有人，房卡一次性搞定，餐飲在二樓，一樓是小超市和辦理入住的前台 在五樓，有電梯，樓道里鋪了地毯地墊，房間也是全屋地毯，窗邊有桌子小椅子🪑電視牆一側有櫃子，櫃子裏有個被子，被子被套有黃色污漬，床上還有倆被子，沒用，廁所做了乾濕分離，但是早晨沒有熱水，沒用，給了一個一次性🚽馬桶套，提供了電熱蚊香片 早餐有粉，炒飯，鹵蛋，豆漿，包子，都是很有飽腹感的飯菜，適合當正餐吃。有波波糖作為伴手禮，挺好吃的。 房間臨街，並不覺得吵，對面就是景區的車，很方便
