Feedback for Hilton Zhongshan ***************************** Good day Sir/Mdm, I have an excellent and enjoyable 15th Wedding Anniversary stay in Executive Suite (King- bed) at Hilton Zhongshan from 1 Dec-2 Dec. Services provided by the staffs were outstanding. Everything was smooth from check in, during stay and check out. I would like to compliment the following staffs for their wonderful service provided by them. Names are shown indicated as below; I definitely will come back here to celebrate our wedding anniversary at this hotel again next year. Zhongshan is really a very quiet town. The hotel is in a good location. It is very close to the Zhongshan Museum and the specialty snacks. During the Spring Festival, except for the Satisfactory Noodles, most of them are closed. The hotel is not cost-effective. At this price, you can definitely stay in a hotel with better facilities. This hotel is probably because it was built in the 1980s. The air conditioner has no heater and the windows cannot be opened, which is a bit surprising. There is a small refrigerator in the room, which is good.

Facilities goes old, air conditioning was out of order for the first room and rain tree showers was damaged in the second room. Asked for maintenance during mid night which is very inconvenience to guest. The incidents were reflected to their front offer and gave a red wine only for recovery. However, their buffet dinner impressed with seasonal hairy crab and lots of seafood. Yummy!

Beautiful rooms and the hot spring was big with a lot of option. We love the sauna there. There’s this heating stone where you can lie down and have massage. It was amazing. We really enjoyed the stay there for a birthday celebration. They even prepared a cake for us which is so kind and sweet. Highly recommending if you are traveling with your family! as hotel guest you have unlimited access to the hot spring.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Westin, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. The hotel’s prime location made exploring the city a breeze, and I can’t wait to return to Westin on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Very convenient to access. Room clean and comfortable. Staff nice and helpful. Enjoy the complimentary drinks very much. Definitely will stay in this hotel next time I visit Zhongshan.

warning: they need 500CNY DEPOSIT,Do not use your Visa or MasterCard to pay.othewise it will take even over a month to return. NOT 24 hours. this hotel management is not so professional, if they can say NO, they will rejected all your requirements. 这酒店硬件不错，但软件一般般。 在办理入住的那个下午，我足足等了20几分钟，前面大概6个人的旅行团。就1个前台服务员，她压力可大了。而她旁边的经理不但不帮忙，连看都不看我与及我后面顾客们一眼。更别指望说声抱歉安慰一下顾客情绪。随后几天观察一下，经常都是队伍长长，可怜那个前台妹子。 附近很多好吃的，由于不想每天吃酒店早餐，我们只订了每天1份早餐，昨天没吃，那今天两个人去看看能否。果不其然，只要能拒绝，一律拒绝。（跟五星级服务倒着来） 哪怕没增加多少成本，而该经理说由于配给xxxxxx，随后说错话了，他说“如果付1份费用就可以”。（这时候没配给问题了！） 无烟房，然而还是有吸烟的人，我们退房那个早上一开房门就闻到过道很重烟味。 既然收押金，也许“住无烟房需要多付押金”能改善这点。 优点：新、房间大、提供无烟房、周围很多好吃的。 这是中山南部其中一家高级酒店，说不定是最高级的一家，很希望你们能越做越好。

The location is great for Zhongshan Hotspring Golf Club for golf. Quiet neighbourhood, staff are friendly and helpful. No house phone but not a problem as we were connected with housekeeping and front desk via WeChat. Nice to be able to sit and chat in the courtyard for a drink in the evening. Although there is no restaurant service except pre-ordered breakfast (which we enjoyed), there are a few nice restaurants nearby and small cafes in the village.

It was a lovely comfortable experience. The staff go out of their way to help you the best way they can. The only thing that was a pity was the hotel wasnt able to let us use the swimming pool as it wasnt in use and it was over 30 degrees at that time.
