We had a good time in Zhoushan ,breath of fresh air and very polite people. The surroundings outside were lovely with a lot of greenery and place to walk in the evenings. The hotel is also close to a mall which was a walking distance and we found a reasonable western restaurant. I loved the bathtub and the view from our room. Breakfast was not bad either. However,After looking at reviews,I saw one saying pool was not working. I called to confirm and I was given a vague reason for this. However to my surprise,I was overjoyed to see it open when we got there. The outside one not fully filled and inside was much better.From first glance ,the hotel looked great…met my expectations from glance…then got to our room. In this hot weather the first thing we did was turn on the AC and it was not working. We called to report this and we were told that someone is coming. We waited for a while and no one came,and second time around we were told the person got busy though someone is coming.finally we went down and we were changed to another room with a working AC. Tv was not connected,had to call again and someone was sent to fix this. The place is fairly old and not well maintained. Facilities are in place,however not operational or not well maintained. The bar is there,though not operational,they had to find us beers somewhere else.Italian restaurant is there but there is not an operational Italian restaurant.. One of the other issues was a musty smell along the hallways and rooms,this really irritated my nose. It’s a very unpleasant heavy smell that can’t be avoided. It’s even on the linen,it was not nice sleeping in the linen at all.I’m definitely not booking at the same hotel again if I come back,because it’s not Sheraton standard at all. I was disappointed but tried to make the most of our time there.

The garden view room I originally booked was upgraded to a sea view room for free. Looking at the outside area, the hotel has a wave pool and an outdoor swimming pool. It is estimated that it will be lively in summer, and it is suitable for children to play in the water. There is no water in the off-season now. Since there were not many guests, the guy at the front desk specially upgraded it to a Middle Eastern Deluxe King Room. The room is very large. There is a courtyard outside where you can sit and bask in the sun. There is also a small study room for children to do homework. The room The bathtub is really big. At this time, the mood of staying in the store has dropped to a very low level. Then I went to the hotel to help myself. The door was full of people waiting, so why can't the hotel guests make an appointment? After dinner for two days in a row, I could see that the guests were dissatisfied because they didn't have a seat. Even so, the service attitude was very bad and especially indifferent. Especially on the second night of staying on March 19, the lady who charged for the buffet at night had a cold attitude, spoke stiffly, and paid the bill as if she owed money. I thought I was unhappy at dinner yesterday, maybe because I didn't understand the rules of the hotel, so I came early today and queued up. As a result, I came down excitedly again. When paying the bill, how should I put it, the warm words and cold words really sounded very different. During the buffet on 3-19, the oysters did not limit how many oysters one person can take. The family took four, and the aunt who boiled the oysters said that four is enough for you. Four, why don't you remind me enough? The room service is okay. The non-smoking room smells like smoke on the first night, but most of them are pretty good. The surrounding environment is good, except that the guests do not feel like they are staying in an international hotel everything else is ok

The hotel is in a great location near the seaside, you can easily hire a Hello Bike from outside the hotel and ride around town. The staff were very helpful and supportive, 小徐 helped us at check-out and with our Didi, but a special thanks to 小李 who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and comfortable and always assisting with our every need. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious. The breakfast was very delicious, we were served this delicious noodle soup as well as the traditional Chinese breakfast. The staff made every arrangement to cater to our friend who is gluten intolerant, and that was very helpful indeed. We will make sure to stay here again next time we’re in the island!!
