Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel

Everything's great at Sheraton. My room was upgraded with very nice sea view and a big balcony. The swimming pool is very spacious and good atmosphere that I was loving it and having a nice swim there.

I am very pleased to have such fabulous experiences with my beloved ones. And most importantly they have an excellent WeChat assistant Winnie to help us with all the things we needed. Appreciated that.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the friendly and professional staff. Jane, Vivian, Tate, Cali, and Wing, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I felt welcomed throughout my stay. Their attentiveness and genuine care made me feel like a valued guest. During my recent stay at the Sheraton Hotel Zhuhai Huafa, I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the breathtaking views that the hotel had to offer. The housekeeping staff at the hotel deserves special recognition for their meticulous attention to detail. Every time I returned to my room, I was greeted with a spotlessly clean and well-organized space. The linens were fresh, the floors were immaculate, and the bathroom was sparkling. It was evident that the housekeeping team took great pride in their work, and their dedication to maintaining a pristine environment did not go unnoticed. Additionally, the views from the hotel were simply stunning. Whether it was the glistening city lights at night or the panoramic vistas of the surrounding landscape during the day, the scenic beauty was truly awe-inspiring. I found myself spending countless moments just gazing out of the window, taking in the mesmerizing sights that Zhuhai had to offer. It was a feast for the eyes and a constant reminder of the beauty of the region. The combination of the impeccably clean rooms and the breathtaking views made my stay at the Sheraton Hotel Zhuhai Huafa an unforgettable experience. I commend the housekeeping staff for their exceptional work and express my gratitude to the hotel for providing such a remarkable setting for guests to enjoy.

I booked a city view room, and hotel offered me free upgrade to sea view. Excellent hotel service. We can enjoy Macau secenry in room balcony. We will choose this hotel again.

We booked Sheraton for a weekend getaway from HK via the HK Zhuhai Macau bridge. The hotel is around 15-20 min by taxi from the HZM port. The hotel property is spacious and amenities were well kept. Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly hotel staff Jane and Winnie who exchanged WeChat with us so we may contact them for any questions. Our room is around 450 sqft with a balcony; we got a room upgrade to ocean view overlooking Taipa in Macau. The view is very beautiful at night. I highly recommend trying the dinner buffet ; there is a huge selection of seafood which Zhuhai is known for. When we went , there was a buffet discount for guests staying at the hotel , but we had to prepay at the concierge … for future guests , do not pay at the restaurant as there is a buffet discount quota especially allotted to guest room services. You can ask for a hot plate and hot pot to cook food at your own table, which I have never seen done at a buffet anywhere else. We opted for breakfast buffet as well but tbh the selection at breakfast was a bit too Chinese for our liking . The hotel is about 10 min walk to the nearest mall (Shizimen Huafa Shangdu ，十字门华发商都），for those who like to do a bit of shopping. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay, it was a quiet go away with good food at good prices.

The hotel has a prime location in Zhuhai with the view over to Macau. Lobby is impressive decorated. Spacious rooms even with a bathtub.
