Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel

Sheraton Hotel is conveniently located within close proximity of the Hengqin Custom and "湾仔海鲜市场 " where you can get great seafood at unbelievably good price. Hotel reception WING was wonderful, and Offord complimentary breakfast upon check-in. In fact, he even tried to upgrade my room to Seaview, but it was available for a king-sized room, which I opted for a 2 twin bed room. Enjoyed my stay and attached photos of my visit to "长隆海洋王国“ and the seafood restaurant that I had my seafood dinner.

Very nice experience! After knowing it’s a trip celebrating my bf’s birthday, they have updated us to a room with Macau view. They also surprised us with a cake and little gift. The room was excellent, air-con was comfortable. The size of their outdoor pool is perfect! There is also a wide variety for breakfast. Location might be a little far to main attractions but it is a perfect place to chill and relax. I would also like to thanks Holly and Minnie for their great hospitality! They assisted us in many ways through WeChat during our stay. Would definitely visit again! Thank you!

very good and comfortable , thank you the staff to make a great arrangement of the Front Office manager Ms Haidee Zhao, she is nice and helpful. And also the manager Gary and Yumkio. I will choose the Sheraton at next time again. Honestly, the service of Sheraton is better than St Regis. My family and friend is very happy in ths trip.

Its such a fabulous and warm trip staying in this hotel. Staff were really nice there especially I have to praise Minnie and Winnie, who were very helpful to my stay, they assisted to upgrade my room to seaview with balcony. I really like the swimming pool too as it's spacious. I will definitely keep staying at this hotel always for my future stay.

I booked a city view room, and hotel offered me free upgrade to sea view. Excellent hotel service. We can enjoy Macau secenry in room balcony. We will choose this hotel again.
