Grand Bay Hotel Zhuhai

The hotel is fine. Family with kids will be best for this hotel. The shower room is smiley after bath. Other is fine. Breakfast is superb. Staff devices level is good but without smile.

This hotel is really new! The room is very clean and the non-smoking floor is a nice touch. The free parking service is also very convenient, no need to worry about finding a spot. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend it to others. I hope to have the opportunity to stay at this great hotel again next time I visit.

Everything is almost perfect about this hotel. I like the cleanliness and it looks very new. Breakfast is very good and worth every Pennies. One thing that stands out beyond all is the services. The staffs are very polite and professional. I usually don’t write review unless it’s either a wow or the opposite but this is definitely a wow. The lady in the front desk carry our luggage up to the room and greet us with an introduction upon checking in. Selina gave my wife a flower on woman’s day with a card. The young man greet me when I went down for breakfast and make me a coffee. Front desk lady carry my luggage to the car after check out and provide us with a car service to the port to go to Hong Kong. The driver “Mr Chang” was incredibly nice and offer us waters. We have stayed in many five star hotels but this one is probably the best for its 5 star services. The staff just make us feel very comfortable. Glad we chose this hotel when we were here for three nights. It will be our pick again when we are back.

Beautiful lobby and good location. Nice seaview from my room. Enjoyed the bathtub a lot. The facilities are clean.

My family enjoyed the stay in this hotel. Everything was great. Foods, amenities and facilities are perfect. The staff were excellent. Especially Ms Rita and Ms Irene, they helped us a lot throughout the stay period.

Overall the stay was good. One major issue was that we were on the non-smoking floor but people smoked a lot and the smell is just always there.

This hotel truly offers a remarkable and unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it to all travelers.

The hotel is very nice, big and clean. All the staff work there are very professional, friendly and helpful to their guests. Especially several names I want to mention here: Ashley 丹丹: She was the first one to show me the hotel room we booked in the VIP building. She tried her best to fix the family room for us so that my parents can stay there comfortably and safely. She even offered free coffee to us and our friends before the room got ready. She also showed me the hotel spa place when I asked her yesterday. Angel works in the cafe took pictures for us and offered to get drinks for our breakfast. She is very caring. Jessy works in the lobby is also very concerned with my parents safety when they get on and off the cars. Wang (𤣩) si fu, the driver drove us to the port area to return to Hong Kong today. He is also a very professional and friendly guy. The bellboy Wai and his co-worker in the lobby (the Indian guy) are both kind and friendly to us too. In conclusion, we really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely recommend to our friends and families to stay there when they travel to 珠海。I will also definitely return to this 5 star hotel next time traveling to China with my two girls and husband. This hotel really deserves a 5 star rating in every aspect.
