Location is very good. Hotel room rate is reasonable. Near the shopping area, taxi fee is below RMB20 from border.

It is a fantastic room with stunning view from the massive floor to ceiling windows looking towards the city. It is such a waste because the room is not finished to I think three minimum required standard.
A few important pieces of furnitures and accessories missing in the room.
1 fridge
2 bedside table
3 bed side lamp
4 in addition to the 1 electric front door lock, another front door lock which is locked from inside the room.
5 other than the paper disposal bath towel 1 for each guest real towels at least 1 face towel and 1 bath towel for each guest
6 I stand coffee and tea bags
7 small safe
If they can complete the finishings, I am sure it can charge a much better room rate and room occupancy.

Very Value for Money - obviously cannot compare to Hotel service as this is a serviced apartment. But staff is very responsive on wechat and overall, a good stay for 3D2N.

Tian·ONE Light Luxury Hotel Apartment (Zhuhai Fuhuali Branch) was a great choice for my one-night stay in Zhuhai. The apartment was in a prime location, 5 mins walk to the lively Fuhuali and Jiuzhou Avenue shopping areas, where I enjoyed a variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The apartment was also easy to reach from the Gongbei Port and the Jiuzhou Port by car. The hotel staff were attentive and responsive to my messages. The room was large, bright, and tidy, with a simple and elegant design. The room had a TV, an air conditioner, and a private bathroom. The bed was cozy and the bedding was fresh and clean. The hotel offered disposable towels and toiletries, as well as a hair dryer and a razor. The only minor issue was that the reception was on the 10th floor, which was not very obvious. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this apartment and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable and convenient place to stay in Zhuhai.
