Very nice hotel, nice breakfast, located little far from center, but nice walk, many restaurants nearby, also two wine shops. Unfortunately holel wine basement wasn't open.
Only doubt is expensive spa.. Kids have access just until 7pm, we arrived at 5pm soo for full price isn't worthy... But otherwise I recomend

Hotel położony poza centrum miasta, wybraliśmy go zachęceni ładnymi zdjęciami, dobrymi opiniami i dostępnością parkingu. Jak się okazało ten "premium" hotel to tak naprawdę przerobiony blok na podmiejskim osiedlu. Z parkingiem również bywało różnie, przy dużym obłożeniu ciężko było znaleźć miejsce. Pokój w porządku, ale bez szału. Śniadania smaczne, jedzenie w restauracji również. Natomiast obsługa na recepcji tragiczna!!! Przy zameldowaniu poczuliśmy się jak intruzi, pani zamiast rozwiązać problem traktowała nas z wyższością. Raziło to tym bardziej że w większości obsługę recepcji stanowili bardzo młodzi ludzie (na oko uczniowie bądź studenci). Ogólnie duże rozczarowanie, 3 gwiazdki jedynie za smaczną kolację. Niestety hotel nas rozczarował, nie polecamy....

The beds are very soft and comfortable got great sleep here. The bar is inexpensive. The local beer and aperol spritz will not break the bank. Expert bartenders. The prosecco is on tap! Huge wine selection here. Great female bar staff. Dining area is very beautiful.

Used this hotel after several months again and it was very nice - again. So I can recommend this hotel for 100%!!!

nice and clean, good food, well maintained. room was a bit tight, no elevator to bottom floor whice is a bit of chalange with laggage.

Hotel, stay and wellness was great! The rooms (and hotel) are really nicely designed and were kept clean during the stay. Breakfast included, it was good selection, hot bevarages could be better, but still ok. Wellness was small, but still had what we like (sauna, pool, nice resting area).

This is a very nice hotel located on the outskirts of Znojmo, just short walking distance to the center, with a grocery store and restaurants nearby. Hotel is modern, clean, with an excellent restaurant and wellness center. The breakfast bar is amazing. All staff is very courteous and professional. We had a little issue with our room safe and the service person came within few minutes to fix it. Definitely will repeat our stay in this hotel next time we visit Znojmo.

Negative points are just minor-
Bad soundproofing of the rooms. Some bathrooms/toilets are seethrough. Surroundings.
