優缺點很明顯，已在我有關陽光房的評價中寫得很清楚了，本評論照片就是我住陽光房的照片。我一共訂了兩間陽光房，一間茗雅房，衹有我住的那間陽光房，下水道沒有反味，這點確實不好。綜合比較，性價比較高，本次體驗還不錯

酒店房間還是不錯的，前台服務態度也很好，離遵義會址一牆之隔，去廣場坐公交車也非常的方便，非常值得推薦。

和遺址就隔一條弄很方便，但設施有點差，床頭插座松的，插了會掉下來，空調搖控器是壞的，衞生間的燈和排風是連我的，一關就要全關，開着就很吵。

很安靜，設施完善，服務人員態度不錯，購物吃飯很方便，遵義會議會址就在酒店隔壁。衞生乾淨整潔清爽。不足的是房間及衞生間都有台階不方便不安全。

酒店位置就在遵義會議會址旁邊，下樓拐彎就到了，非常近。環境乾淨衞生，洗澡水熱。離美食街也近，可以走路去逛逛。

離遵義會址很近，小吃街周邊很多商業街也很豐富，和當地人，基本上消費在一起，適合出遊就是門牌，衹是有點小不好找車開不到跟前

酒店陳設佈局比較舒服，還是蠻有格調的。前台的引導服務做的也可以，客房服務員很熱情，給我們提行李，晚上住宿環境蠻安靜的，隔撈沙巷美食街也很近，酒店可以免費洗衣，可以烘乾，服務人員還會送到房間，對於常年在外出差的我來説很方便。主要是房價實惠，停車免費，住的很滿意！
