This is a boutique hotel - that is to say, everything is small! Room is small. Bath is small. Hotel "reception" is at the (small) bar. Breakfast buffet is in a tiny room, and you'll have to find a table in the lobby or small bar area. The positives include being near the lake, opera house, and city center. While the room is noisy with the lovely (but, again, small) wrought-iron balcony open, it is very quiet when closed, and the room is pitch-dark when the wooden shutters are activated. We appreciated the complimentary water bottles in the refrig., the Nespresso maker, kettle, and lovely tea bags. We didn't appreciate the multi-purpose shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Breakfast buffet is small but had excellent scrambled eggs, freshly-squeezed OJ, even sparkling wine.
