A straight forward stay with no hiccups. The place is quaint with interesting construction. Also located in the heart of the old village which is very picturesque and busy with shops, restaurants and bars. The room was comfortable as well the the bed and pillows. It’s modestly decorated. The service was polite and courteous. I wouldn’t say overly so but a professional.
We also got to see the hotels mascot pug which was cute.
As a Canadian the breakfast was good, more European in style. Fresh bread with jams, fruit, yogurt, granola, deli meats, boiled eggs, tea and coffee.
Great value for what you get at this hotel.

Comfy cozy room right in the center of Zurich's Altstadt, which is where you want to be as a tourist. We were there for a weekend to see a concert, shop, and explore, and the location was perfect. The staff were very nice, and they offer breakfast, though we declined.
The room is a pretty good size considering the location. It has everything you need, including a mini-fridge, plenty of outlets (much appreciated after staying in several places lately with one single outlet in an awkward location!), a little table and chairs, coat hangers, and a wardrobe. A foldable luggage rack or 2 would be a nice addition, but we just used the chairs. The bathroom sink could be bigger, as could the shower area, but both were perfectly acceptable for a short trip. Overall a great place to stay for a good value, which is hard to find in such an expensive city. Would stay here again!

Convenient location in a nice part of the old town. Several nice cafe's and bars in the immediate vicinity. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The property is in a good location in the old city. Close to many sites, shopping and restaurants. We arrived after a 6 hour train ride to find that the room with two single beds that we had requested had been given to someone else. After a bit if shuffling accommodation was found for us but we would be moved to another room the next day. Upon leaving, our hotel bill for three nights was 240 Swiss francs more that the amount quoted when we booked the hotel with ******* 6 months before…completely unexpected and extremely upsetting.

A little hard to find. It would be quiet if not for the street construction going on. Very clean and people are nice. Close to River and shopping and lots of good food.

Older hotel in the heart of downtown Zurich. NO AC!! Bathroom needs to be remodeled. Beds were very hard and small. No english speaking channels on the tv. Great location...not a great hotel. We paid $98 for parking our car in a parking garage for 36 hours.
