The nicest staff you’ll ever encounter. You really are “family”, while you’re here. The rooms are very pleasant, with a huge choice of international TV channels. We were here, “half board”.. and the breakfast buffet and evening meals were all fantastic. The local bus service stops right outside the hotel.. going in either direction. And there’s a top notch ski rental place next door. What more could you want?

We loved the hospitality of this family run hotel. Three generations of history shines throughout. The staff was very gracious and hospitable. Easy ski in ski out. Great bus access as well. Highly recommend this special place in Zürs, Austria!

Excellent family and couples friendly hotel. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Lots of rooms to relax in and enjoy the mountain views. The people who own the place are incredibly welcoming and kind. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful with every question and request. The spa area was relaxing and had nice amenities including an infrared sauna which was so helpful for a sore back! Loved the boot room and the convenience to Strolz to get our gear. The food was delicious! The hotel is very close to the lifts at Zürs and incredibly convenient to catch the bus to other lifts!

For over 90 years a hotel ran by one family with love and attention. A true delight! An Austrian gem , good varied food, a large and interesting wine list, variety of food choices and ski in ski out. Located next door to a ski rental shop with a bus stop outside for when you return from lech. charming

Great location, 2 minute walk to the lifts with ski boots on and great to ski in after a long day skiing. Zurs is an ideal place to stay in the centre of the Arlberg resort, easy to ski to St Anton and Warth. Bus stop directly outside the hotel for regular buses to Lech and St Anton. Lovely, tasty food for breakfast and dinner. The breakfast buffet had plenty to offer to fuel your day and we came back to delicious snacks around 4pm. Well equipped ski and boot room; able to lock skis up and heated boot rack. Great spa facilities to relax. Great size room and spacious bathroom in our room. All the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

The traditional ski hotel Arlberghaus in Zürs is more than just a family-run hotel. Whether you are traveling with your own family, alone with a pet, or all alone, you will feel at home here. The impressive cleanliness, the great comfort, the good facilities, the excellent and varied cuisine, the direct location at the ski lift and of course the fantastic staff make the stay an unforgettable experience. If you are looking for a nice and authentic host family that is defined by great empathy, loving care and genuine friendliness, and who simply never tires of wanting to ensure that their guests have a wonderful stay, then the Ski Hotel Arlberghaus is definitely the right choice for you! The only thing that bothers me about the Arlberghaus is the fact that I've been traveling to the Arlberg region for 50 years now, but only now have I had the pleasure of experiencing such a wonderful week with the Eggler family and team. Thank you, dear Eggler family, thank you, dear Arlberghaus team, for the wonderful holiday you gave us! We are really looking forward to seeing you again for the next ski season. An extra thanks goes to David, the hotel's future boss/manager/brain and current junior boss/manager/brain, for his prompt and warm help. I'll never forget that! Family run hotel, everyone goes out of their way to make your stay memorable. Great location for ski lifts and the regular free bus stops outside the front door. The food is restaurant quality and the chef provides a menu that changes every day. My wife also remarked how clean the hotel is, the bathroom sparkled. If you are a keen skier the area is one of the best in the Alps. The Langer Zug, Valluga, Trittkopf and Zurser Tali were particular favourites. Didn’t manage to get over to Warth as the wind closed the lift. If you go to Warth make sure you don’t get stuck as it’s a two hour taxi back (the road shown on the piste map is closed during winter !) The hotel “boss” Tomas leads guests out for a days ski trip - thoroughly recommend you will learn some unique history and have a memorable day. Good value hotel, I would highly recommend you give it a go - many of the guests have been returning for 20 years and I can see the attraction.

Lovely rooms with comfortable beds. Great location for skiing - bus stops outside hotel for links to St Anton and Lech - walking distance to ski lifts. Excellent menu. Delicious food cooked by house chef. 2 of our group were vegetarian and were superbly catered for - specially cooked meal every night. This was the best vegetarian experience we have ever had in any hotel anywhere. Nothing was too much trouble. A wonderful Xmas week. Thank you.

What a find! Best skiing hotel that we have stayed at in 50 years of skiing. Run by the family Eggler and amazing staff, you will enjoy wonderful tasty food cooked by the excellent chef and his team. The decor of both the public rooms and bedrooms is beautifully chosen by Hannah-Lora Eggler. Thomas and David Eggler organise wine tasting and one day's social skiing a week. The reception staff go the extra mile to be helpful. Coupled with the excellent Austrian hospitality, the hotel is very conveniently located near a chair lift with the ski bus stop to Lech and St. Anton located outside. Can't wait to return next year!
